The wind blew through her hair

Tousling it into her face

She closed her eyes

Listening to the crickets chirp

Hearing the water rushing

Feeling the summer wind

The soft grass brushing her hands

Her eyes slid open

As if she felt his eyes on her

"You're staring again, babe"

Shaking his head a smile crept upon his face

"No"

He tore his eyes away

"I'm not. I'm looking at the stars"

She chuckled as she glanced at him

Closing her eyes to remember this

"Ahh I see. What do you see?"

He smiled again and glanced at her

"I see... I see dark with light shining through"

"I see the brightest light.."

He dragged his eyes away as she opened hers

"And?"

She pressed on

"And"

He continued

"It's like something never seen before"

"Something to cherish"

"Something mine"

She sat up

Staring at him

Her long hair framing her face

Minutes later a whisper broke the silence

"Always and Forever"
