- Sounds like an "R" in english if it is in between vowels.
"L" if it is at the end of the syllable.
--- If this character comes before or after another ㄹ. The sound will become on L sound.

---- If this character comes after ㅇ / ㅁ, the ㄹ will sound like an ㄴ (N).
