So this is the part of the story where I'm supposed to introduce myself as the main character and begin the story. I've decided to begin the story next chapter and just tell you what you need to know before reading.
Okay so my name is Claire and the story starts when I get sorted and then jumps to my third year. It will refer to some stuff from earlier in my Hogwarts life in like flashbacks so if you see any writing like this that would be a flashback.
James Potter- one of my best friends and Lily's not so secret admirer. He is also one of the Marauders and he may or may not be able to turn into a deer.
Peter Pettigrew- one of the Marauders. I can't stand him though so we aren't really friends something about him won't let me be friends with him. (Note I'm really good at reading people) he can turn into a rat ( his facial features and skittish behavior also seems like a rat).
Remus Lupin- he's one of my best friend and is a fellow Marauder (I know you guys only know about 4 Marauders because I was never added to their map but if you find their other marauder invention I'm on that one) Lupin is a werewolf so he has to go to the Womping Willow every full moon. There's a lot I could say about Remus but I have to move on.
Sirius Black- one of my best friends and Marauder. He is always flirting with any girl in sight. I'm his cousin but we're only second cousins and we aren't invited to things since my mom married dad making our pure blood family turn against us. (Dad's a muggle born making me a Half-blood). Sirius doesn't care that I'm a half-blood and is the only family that communicates with us.
Lilly Evans- James's crush and my bestest friend. We've been friends a lot longer than other people because I went to a muggle school and that's where we met. To my surprise she was a witch as well which we found out at Kings Cross Station where she literally bumped into me.
Okay so that's pretty much what you need to know. If there is anything else I'll put it into the other chapters of the story.
