Setsuko Nakamura Is one of Kano Homura and Genshuku's friend, she has been friends with them since they were young and has a soft gentle personality and does not care about being in control. She has the power to change the temperature of anything to the point of freezing and she can create ice from her body and manipulate the shape of the ice she can sometimes even turn into ice.
When she was young she didn't know how to control her powers she touched someone's arm and it started freezing, this caused the person severe burns on his arm and now he has a scar there, because of this the teachers and many of the other children avoided her. one day she was walking and she slipped and touched Kano's arm but for some reason, it had no effect, this is how they first met and now they are good friends.
When Setsuko is fighting she uses her right side to attack by freezing the opponent and her left side creates a wall or shield to protect herself, she can also use her ice to move fast and build structures to protect herself. her training routine is exactly like Genshuku's because like Genshuku when she uses her power too much or for too long her powers, get weaker so she is training so she can use more of her powers at once and be able to withstand the drawbacks of her attacks until it has no effect on her.
Setsuko started training for the tournament because she saw how strong the others were becoming for the tournament and since the tournament is in teams of 3 she thought that she would be holding the others back so to stop herself from being a liability she trains every day for the tournament so that she can fight beside Kano and Genshuku as equals.
Setsuko has nice parents who are always encouraging her to be as good as she can be but it does not matter whether she is strong or weak and her parents tell her this all the time, it is because they say that Setsuko trains even more because she does not want to disappoint everyone and especially her parents her friends think she trains too much for the tournament but that's only because she is weaker that kano and Genshuko right now.
