joys pov
i open my eyes and immediately shut them back. oh my aching head. i rub my forehead trying to remember what the hell happened last night, did i get piss drunk? no, i can't remember anything embarrassing yet.
getting out of bed i shake my head as if that will help the pain and go to the kitchen hitting my temples with the palm of my hand to see if that will somehow trigger my memory. think joy, think! what was the last thing i remember? cause i sure as hell don't remember going to bed...
OH MY GOD.
taehyung kissed me! how could i forget such a moment! my cheeks burn from the thought and i smack myself. wait but that still doesn't answer how i got bed... i hear a knock on my door causing me to jump a little, eh i probably just passed out right after, moving is stressful after all. i hear another knock, this time louder and i hurry to answer it shouting a small "coming!"
the wooden door opens and reveals taehyung, my cheeks are on fire as i quickly remember last nights forgotten events and he smiles which doesn't help my already pounding heart.
"good afternoon park joy"
"good afternoon? you mean morning?" i say with a light smile.
"it's 3:00pm joy, someone slept in quite a bit, did you sleep okay?" my eyes widen, what the heck?! i never sleep in this late, i didn't think i was that tired, jeez. a hand waves in front of my face breaking me from my thoughts. "hey, you okay?" he asks with wary eyes, awaiting my answer closely.
"o-oh i'm fine, just surprised is all. so uh what can i do for you?" i finally ask.
he nods his head slowly but immediately smiles again. "oh not much just wanted to check up on you since i haven't seen you leave the house all morning and midday. and also to invite you to see a movie with me tonight, 'power rangers' is showing @8:25pm today, interested?" he asks with hopeful eyes. i turn crimson red like a date?
"that sounds amazing. i will be there." i say with unknown confidence. he smiles wide and pulls me in a hug catching me off guard completely but nonetheless i pat his back.
he pulls away seconds after and says "sorry, you just looked so comfy in your little pjs and bun. anyways, see you tonight!" and just like that he's gone. leaving me a confused mess with breathing problems and an irregular heartbeat. this boy is going to be the death of me. i swear it.
