chapter 3 - you stutter a lot don't you its cute!

"ur, yeah how did you g-guess." he stuttered sheepishly.

" the sash on your eye was a dead giveaway." Hallie smiled.

"I'm urr, um, s-sor-rry a-about y-your hou-house."

"you stutter a lot don't you?" Hallie smiled " its ok its cute!" at this she blushed.

Hallie looks around quizzically then sees the destroyed hallway and front room but isnt really bothered or it just hasn't sunk in yet. "its um fine at least your ok? right?" Hallie questioned with a frown knitted into her forehead.

"i-I'm f-fine lets j-just g-go now before a-anyone else comes y-you'll have to stay at m-mine until y-your br-brot-brother can get off work." Logan said lightly probably trying to keep Hallie from worrying.

"Oh my gods!" Hallie gasped.

"wh-what!" Logan took a defensive stance.

"I forgot, Blake is he alright, have they gone after him too, should i ring him, should i go to hie office, i'll call him!" Hallie rushed out scared.

"no!, i m-mean he s-sent me to get y-you, his boss i-is being w-well you k-kn-know, har-hard on him la-lat-lately, didn't h-he tell you?" Logan asked.

"no, he's the type of person to never let you see him struggle least of all me, I'm his little sister so he is trying to be strong for the both of us." Hallie sighed.

"w-well -a-any-any-w-way lets go cos i t-think they called for b-backup." Logan said.

"OK." Hallie agreed. the car ride was long and grueling, Before she left Hallie had grabbed some necessity's, clothes,and toothbrush and whatever else she would need and put them in a large travel bag. Logan had said the trip was about nearly done.

Hallie turned on the radio, 'demons~by imagine dragons' came on making her smile and sing along soon both of them were laughing and singing to the song as Hallie looked out the window to see...

Hallie's P.O.V

I looked out the window to see..... an old rundown mansion that looked older than the town itself, outside stood Celeste, what was she doing here?

"OK, where are we and why is Celeste here?" i said more to myself than to Logan.

"um, well i-i um live h-here and Celeste got a call from B-Blake is it? to come down h-here and get help for y-you."Logan said.

"rightttttttt" i drawled out.

"come on i'll protect you." he smirked.

damn that smirk is fin- whoa there Hallie gurl stop that now you barley know the guy.

"hey if it weren't for this" i said patting my sword with a smirk matching his, "then you wouldn't be here mister."

"i prefer master, actually." he smirked more with this, so i bluffed and played along.

"only behind closed doors..... lover!" i whispered seductively, with that i ran to Celeste and hugged her leaving a gaping Logan to stand there shell shocked, ha-ha serves him right!

ha-ha Hallie is not your typical girl so be warned!!!!!

don't worry Logan wont be shy for long he's gonna come out of that pesky shell.

and well their adventure has just begun!!!!!
