Several years passed , I have a nephew, named Robin, as of now. Ever since Robin was old enough to understand, they have came to my house every weekend. Today I was going to see if Skylar and Robin wanted to come with me tomorrow on my vacation week to my parents private island. I decided to say "Paradise island" so he we be a bit more excited. That wasn't why I decided to go there, On the last day of the trip, when Robin was asleep, I was going to take Skylar down to the beach and propose. I came up to Jack after sending both Skylar and Chloe on a quest for some snacks for tonight's gaming spree after Robin is asleep in the spare room. "How's Robin?" I ask
"He is good he's just playing a game on the console," he replied, "where did the girls go?"
"Oh I sent them to go get some snack foods for the spree tonight. One, for the spree and two to grab mail that should be coming now,"
I answer.
-Ding dong-
"That's probably it now,"
"Then what are you doing just standing there Taylor go get it!" I rush to the door, grab the package and rush to take it out. "What is it?" Jack asked. I finally get it out and it's a navy blue case, I knew what was inside, but he had absolutely no clue what it was. I open the case and show it to him. It was a extremely beautiful diamond ring. "W-what is t-that f-f-for?" He looks at me stunned. In return I give him a devilish smile, and he knew right away. "NOPE, NO I WILL NOT ALLOW THIS! TAYLOR THIS I DO NOT ALLOW!" He yelled jokingly. He took me into a head lock and noogied me. I tried to break free. When I finally got free we started to wrestle. I guess Robin over heard and came into the room, saw what was happening, and started to cheer, "Uncle Taylor! Uncle Taylor!"
"Since when does my own son not cheer for me?!" Jack complained struggling to get free from me. Maybe a couple minutes later I finally got Jack pinned and Robin got on his knees and acted like a referee and said "1-2-3! That's a pin! And the winner is Uncle Tay!!!" He took my hand out it and the air and acted like I was in front of 100,000 people. " I guess I could be called the PIN-ball machine," I joked. Robin started to crack up, and Jack just glared at me. "I have to deal with you already, please don't encourage my son to be a jokester too,"
"What can I not be like my STRONG-willed uncle? Eh-eh?" He said snickering. I bursted out laughing. My brother just stormed off. A couple minutes passed and the girls were home. I took Chloe aside and called my brother over. Jack and I explain to Chloe about my "plan". Now I just needed to ask if Robin could come with me and Skylar. Skylar already knew about the possibility of Robin coming and she was thrilled to be able to hang with the little guy. "Hey, before we put Robin to bed I need to ask something,"
"Shoot," Chloe said.
"That vaca we just mentioned I was wondering if you would allow Robin to come with us. Sky already knows and she'd be happy to let him join us. Plus, it's going to allow him and her to bond, since, well you know," We continued to talk about the details. I called Skylar in so Chloe could ask some questions for how'd she would treat Robin. Near the end Robin came In and tugged on Chloe's shirt. "Mommy I'm tired,"
"Ok baby, lets go to bed," Chloe walked out of the room for a bit. "Looks like your winning the overprotective mom over guys keep up the great work,"
"Thanks Jack," Skylar said looking at me with a excited face.
"Hey I just proposed the ideal, your hitting the home run here sweetheart," I said grinning.
"Aww thank you Tay-Tay," she thanked. Then she kissed me on the cheek. Chloe walked into the room and said "Okay so you want to take my son to a private island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean for a week?"
"Uhh... it's not as bad as it sounds," Skylar said worriedly.
"It's a beautiful island with a bunch of stuff to do, Jack and I have been there a bunch of times." I explained, "Right Jack?"
"Yea, yea. Beautiful place. The best part for him is probably the mi- wait lemme rephrase that. Full scale amusement park. At the age he is right now there is no way he is going to be bored,"
"Ok now that sounds amazing. How did your parents afford that when you where kid Taylor?"
"The company, pure tech was extremely rich because of the multi-billion dollar inventions made there,"
"Alright, I've made my decision," Chloe stated. We all gathered to hear the answer. "My answer is..."
