Chapter 4

"Matthew, for the past few years I've really liked you," I did it I told him l liked him. What was he gonna say. nothing. He didn't say a word. I looked over at him, he was already looking at me. "Why didn't you tell me," he asked. "I didn't want to ruin our friendship," I replied. Matt leaned over and kissed me. He pulled back. For years I had dreamed about feeling his lips. They were amazing. "Lets go back to my place," Matt said.

The hole car ride I was reliving the kiss. Once we got to his house I ran over to tell my parents that I was gonna crash at his house. There used to me sleeping over at his house. I went back over to Matt's and followed him to his room. As we were going up the stairs, he picked me up and carried me to his room. The threw me down on his bed and got on top of me. I looked into his eyes, there weren't bloodshot, what if he isn't drunk and he means all the stuff he said. I should stop him but I feel like I'm dreaming. He started kissing my neck. "I didn't drink at the party," he whispered. "I mean every word I say." I couldn't take it, I sat up and he stopped kissing me. He looked me in the eyes and I leaned in. We became making out, you could say. We spent the next couple hours kissing and it was the best day of my life. I dreamed about getting to tell him and him feeling the same way. "I'm tried, let's get some sleep," Matt said. He had his arms around my waist and I fell asleep in his arms.

I woke up and crawled out of his arms. I had just ruined our relationship, it will never be normal again. I walked home and went to my house. I crashed on the couch, it was early morning.

When I got up in the morning the first thing I did was check my phone. 10 new messages!

Mom: Dad and I went to breakfast, we knew you wouldn't want us to wake you up. We will be home later.

Matthew: Where did you go?!?

Why did you leave?!

I meant every word I said...

Last night was amazing :)

He sent the last message 3 minutes ago. I heard a noise. "Jenna," it was Matt. I got up and ran to him, he picked me up and kissed me. I wrapped my legs around him. He put me down and pushed me against the wall, our lips met and they didn't leave. "l...love...you," Matt said in between kisses. We have told each other that we loved each other tons of times, but this time it felt different. I smiled while he kissed me. The door opened, we didn't hear it. "Jenna, Matthew what's going on," said my Dad.
