There would be a winner every 2 months. And in every time there would be 5 winners. A winner, first runner up, second runner up, third runner up and best cover design. Of course besides these prizes there would also be reads, votes and comments.
It is completely possible to win even with little to no reads and it doesn't give you an advantage to be the #1 story in romance and things like that, I will personally read the stories and rate them myself.
