That Morning...
"Ugh.." I said, shutting off my alarm clock.
"Tikki we're late!" I said, noticing school started in 20 minutes.
Tikki squealed and flew off the bed. I decided to wear my normal clothes and do my famous pigtails for today. I went downstairs, cut a piece of tarte tatin (it is like an upside down cake) that maman made for us, and went off to school. I ran as fast as I could until I tripped over a guy. He was able to catch me before I hit the floor.
"You should be more careful, miss" he said, smiling a little.
"Oh! Yeah, sorry about that" I said, looking into his face.
He was a boy, of my age I assume, with toffee skin, short dark brown curly hair, coffee brown eyes, and with an English accent.
"Hi, I am Ace, and you are?" he said.
"I am Marinette" I replied.
"Marinette, I am a little lost. Can you help me find my way into your heart?" Ace grinned.
"Real smooth. I have enough pickup lines and puns from my boyfriend and I don't need more from you" I said.
"You have a boyfriend?" he said, under his breath but I still heard it.
"Yes and a school to attend to. Adieu!" I said, running toward the school.
When I entered Mrs. Bustier's classroom she says:
"Marinette, you are late again"
'Don't you think I know that?' I thought. I didn't say anything and just sat in my seat next to Alya.
"Adrien must be pretty bored" Alya said.
"Yeah, I feel so bad" I said, as I frowned.
A boy entered the classroom. It was Ace.
"Students, please welcome our new student Ace Hunter from Liverpool, England" said Mrs. Bustier.
"Hey" he said, giving me a wink.
He sat down beside Nino.
"Sorry dude, this seat is taken by my bro Adrien" Nino said.
"It's only for today, don't worry, relax" Ace said. He turned around and said:
"And so we meet again Marinette. Where is loverboy?"
"He is absent and goes were you are sitting" I said.
"I guess I'm your replacement" he said, giving a wink.
"Look, I am loyal to my boyfriend and you will NEVER get to his level. His the love of my life and you are not interfering our relationship. Look for someone else to tell your pickup lines to. Got it?" I said, angry.
All of the students looked shocked at me. I have never been that mad before.
"Okay blue eyes, have it your way.." he said
"..but I will never give up" he now whispered and turned around.
Nothing much happened after that.

"And that's what happened" I said, finishing the story of today. Surprisingly, he came and hugged me.
"I love you" Adrien said.
"Me too chaton" I said.
When we pulled out from the hug, he said:
"Hey, tie your shoes! I don't want you falling for anyone else"
We both laughed at his pickup line.
"I will, only for you" I said.
We kissed passionately. I rested my head on his chest and fell asleep. I am so lucky to have him.
