My phone rings for the fifth time and I roll my eyes, huffing. I flip my covers from over my head and snatch my phone off of my night stand. "What?!" I say hoarsely through the phone
"Girl, you better chill with that attitude. What's wrong?" Aubrey chuckles slightly
"Sorry babe. I don't feel to well" I sniff
"Aw baby what's the matter?" He asks
"My throat hurts and I have a horrible fever. I feel like shit" I croak out
"I'm coming over" I smile a bit
"I would love for you to, but I don't want you to get sick"
"Mmm, too bad. Already on my way. Besides, I wasn't asking, I was telling"
I roll my eyes. He is so damn demanding. "Bring me some cough drops, please"
"Okay baby... I love you"
"I love you too." I smile and hand up
I place my phone back on the nightstand and lay back down. After about fifteen minutes, my door opens and he walks in with a two bags
He walks into my bedroom and stands over me, "Aw C" He pokes his bottom lip out, handing me the bags
"Thanks Aub" I smile at all the things he got me: cough drops, red Skittles, soda, cough medicine, and a whole bunch of other things
"Have you eaten?"
"No, I'm too sick to even get up" I cough
"Well, I'm gonna go make you some soup, I'll be back"
"Aubrey, I'm not hungry"
"C, I don't care"
I sigh and kick him. "I'm not hungry" roll my eyes. "You're so extra"
"But you love me" He kisses my forehead before exiting the room. To kill time, I grab my phone and decide to check my social media accounts. I go on Instagram and like a few pictures before I exit the app and check my messages and reply to my texts from Grace
