Everyone talks about love and life.
But not pain and life.
I wonder why,
We hide, away from the pain.
It's human nature to address
Only things that don't cause stress.
So let's pretend to not
Be, oppressed.
Having the ability to hold,
Hold those memories that invade,
Invade my mind.
Hide behind the lies that deprive,
You from your rights.
I will sit and watch.
And when your ready, we will fight.
Those who take and fake the truth.
We hold the greatest weapon, our wounds.
I thought this was a meaningful poem, with a strong message of stand up for your rights and most importantly know your rights.
