A/N: SO! My music just went from a party song (everywhere I go) to a really sad song (cAncer (the top version) ) and now I'm sitting here in all kinds of feels. Sorry:) Also, J is so freakin hotttttt ⬆️⬆️⬆️
---------------------------------
Jorels POV:
I leaned back in my chair, eating a taco from del taco. Somehow, my friend Jordan always convinced us to eat there.
Even though I was surrounded by my friends, I let my mind wander to that boy from earlier. Danny.
Aron laughed at something Dylan said, Jordan paying attention to his food and his food only. George looked over at me.
"J? Whatcha thinkin about?"
I looked over at him, still not completely Focased. This always happened when I spaced.
"Uhhhhhhhh," I rubbed a hand over my face. "Do you remember that boy that sat in Aron's seat this morning?"
"OOOHHH!" Jordan cooed, laughing. "Js got a little crush."
"Do not!" Do I? "I don't even know the guy."
"Or do you?" Matt shrugged, cleaning his Nikes like he always did. "We saw you walking with him earlier."
"Oh shut up! If anyone's gay it's you."
I wasn't happy with what I said but I also wasn't mad about it. They shouldn't be able to just torment me for making a new friend. It's not like I get mad at them when they bring girls or even new douchey guys. Me and George were the quiet ones.
I stood up from my seat under the school bleachers. There was enough time to go get Danny, I thought. The boys asked me where I was going but I didn't answer, only headed in too the school.
Dannys POV:
I grabbed my tray, scanning the vast crowds of high schoolers. There was literally no empty tables. I went around asking to sit places but everyone used the same excuse. 'Sorry that seat is taken.' Or simply 'taken.'
I swear,I hate high school.
I turned around in a tiny circle, my tray in hand. Nope. I thought. No seats left.
I started to head to the hallway when suddenly everyone around me was talking in hushed tones. Somehow, I knew that it was about me.
And it wasn't even the fact that they were all looking at me to figure it out.
I ducked into my jacket taking another step when I heard the boy from earlier call my name.
"Danny!"
I turned around, my food still in my hand.
Jorel smiled at me. "Where are ya going?"
I looked around to only see the same sight. Everyone still whispering about something.
But this time it wasn't me they were talking about. It was Jorel.
I grabbed the sand which off my tray and put it away following Jorel out of the school.
"What was that for?"
Jorel smiled at me, pushing the school doors open. "You should be thanking me."
"Uhhh, thank you?" Me and Jorel headed towards the football field, me taking a casual bite of my sandwich.
"So, why were those people whispering so much?" I asked in an effort  to start a conversation. Also, it was eating at my stomach.
"Cuz."
I looked over at Jorel, a 'really?!' Look on my face. I was just About to ask him what really was going on but he interrupted me before I even started.
"Ya know? You're the new kid and all so..." He smiled, laughing it off. "But their shocked that you're already being sucked into a clique. Sometimes, it takes weeks for a new kid to find a clique."
Okay..... "So what clique are you in then?"
"No clique. We're the outsiders." He turned and looked at me, walking backwards. He was approaching the underside of the bleachers where the same guys from first period were sitting. "Welcome to the outsiders!"
