The Next Day

Today was the day we were planning on driving up to Glasgow, where Bullet were playing tonight, so that I could eventually tell Matthew about being pregnant and so that Bella could surprise Padge.

Let me tell you, she was way too excited about today.

''I told you not to carry anything!'' She snapped at me as I attempted to carry my pre-packed (by her) suitcase out of our house and stuff it into the boot of the car.

''I'm not that pregnant, I can still carry things!'' I laughed as she took it from me.

''Not that pregnant,'' She repeated my words, her eyes squinting slightly, ''Is that even possible to say? It sounds stupid,'' She pondered as she shoved both of our suitcases into the car. I just rolled my eyes at her, she could be such a grammar freak when she wanted to be.

''I'll lock up.'' I suggested taking my house keys from my jeans pocket and walking back to the front door.

''Bella?'' I piped up as we took a right onto the motorway, we had been driving in silence for around fifteen minutes now, but something had been playing on my mind and I just had to ask.

''Mmm?'' She mumbled taking a sip from her Monster Energy drink, we were both addicted to them, but now, thanks to Matt's handy work, she wouldn't even allowed me to have one. I know I know, she's bitchy, isn't she?

''You know yesterday you said you knew how Matt felt about me? And how he remember's and stuff? What did you mean?'' I questioned sipping my water, practically the only thing I was allowed to have now.

''Listen, don't tell him... or Padge I told you anything alright?'' She pleaded across at me. I nodded my head in agreement.

''Well since... I dunno maybe a year and a half ago Matt's kinda... liked you. He told me one night, but I wasn't supposed to tell you. And Padge told me that Matt remembered that night, but he knew he was your first and shit and didn't know if you knew it was him... or if you even remembered at all.'' She sighed.

I have no idea how she's able to talk so fast, but when she's explaining something as complicated as that, it's incredibly hard to understand even the half of it.

''So he remembered it, why wouldn't he say anything?'' I asked to myself more than her.

''He'd be embarrassed if you hadn't known it was him?'' She shrugged.

''Yeah, yeah I guess so.'' I mumbled.

I can't believe he's liked me all this time and hasn't said anything, I mean hell, I'm around him enough of the time, why couldn't he have just told me? Maybe all this shit wouldn't be happening if he had.

                                                                ~~~~~~
''Bitch, wake the fuck up!'' My sister hissed making her elbow connect deeply into my waist.
''Asshole!'' I shrieked jumping a little in my seat with pain, ''you know you could have just hurt your little niece or nephew.'' I mocked making her evil grin disappear.
''Shit, are you okay?'' She apologized, a look of worry and regret creasing her face.
''Yeah.'' I said trying to hold back my laughter. ''Why'd you wake me up?'' I yawned taking my feet from their place on the dashboard.
''I'm gonna get a coffee in there, do you want anything?'' She asked nodding towards a small cosy looking shop.
''I'll come in.'' I smiled grabbing my handbag and unbuckling my seat belt.
