"Jake what are you doing?" I asked pulling away.
"No baby don't do that." He pulled me to him.
"Jacob stop I can't do this." I pushed him away from me.
"Melanie, Rachel talkes about me I know she does and I also know that you like me I mean you always get jelous when she talkes about me."
I pushed him away from me. Well tried to.
"Don't." He said pulling me closer.
"Jacob please stop."
"OK how about this, I break-up with Rachel then you become my girlfriend." I shook my head. "Baby please if you be my girlfriend I promise I'll never leave you." I shook my head again. "Why not? Please Melanie I'll do anything."
"No Jacob I'm not going to do that to her you may be able to but I can't." He kissed me again.
"Please Melanie." He begged pulling away.
"I'm sorry Jake but no."
"Fine I'll be right back." He walked out of the room.
I called Rachel
Ring ring ring ring
"Hey Mel sorry I couldn't get to the phone you know what to do."
She set the voice mail just for me because I'm the only one who'd call her.
He came back in.
"I talked to Rachel."
"You didn't!"
"Yes I did."
I laid back on the bed and closed my eyes.
"Why Jacob I told you I couldn't do that to her!"
"You didn't and I did and she said you could be my girlfriend."
I sighed. "Why are you so determined?"
"I really like you."
He sat next to me and pulled me onto his warm lap, then he took my face in his hands and kissed me.
