A weird discovery, a plan and confusion

(James' POV)

Saturday, the best day of the week. I went up to the dorm to get my gobstones set when I saw a disturbing sight. Remus and Sirius doing it.

I silently closed the door and ran to the common room. Thankfully no one was there except Lily and Peter.

"Sirius and Remus, Remus and Sirius, they're-they're doing it." I almost yelled.

"I know." Peter said. "You-you know?!" I practically shrieked. "Yeah. Isn't it obvious. I think it's kinda cute." Lily said.

"Wait, wait, wait. So whenever they were studying or planning pranks together they were-" I said dumbfounded only to be interrupted by Lily. "Aha. Doing it, doing it"

After a while, Lily breaks the silence"So they know you know." She said pointing at Peter. "And they don't know James knows." She said pointing at me. "So now, we can just tell them we know.No more lying, no more secrets." Peter says.

"Or we can not tell them we know and have a little fun of our own." Lily says while smirking mischievously. "What do you mean?" I say. "When they tell us they're studying together, we could give them some extra homework to do." Lily said.
"Ooh. I would enjoy that." I say grinning. "No no no no no, you what will be more fun, telling them" Peter said.

"Yeah no, I wanna do Lily's thing." I countered. "Noooo. No more secrets. I got your secrets, I got their secrets, I got secrets of my own too you know." Peter counters back. "You don't have any secrets wormtail." I say. "Oh really. Well you'll do not know about Mr. Cheesy, my imaginary friend." Peter says (probably without thinking).

(Ten seconds of awkward silence later)

"So how are we gonna mess with them?" I ask Lily. "Well you could use your position as a roommate, and I could use my charm to mess with Black." She tells me and Peter. "You're gonna flirt with Sirius." I say a bit confused. "Confusing right." Lily tells me smiling mischievously. "He's gonna freak out." I say smiling mischievously as well while Peter sighs in frustration.

Suddenly Sirius came in the room with a leather jacket, messy hair and his tie undone. Lily winks at me and gets up walking to him.

(Sirius' POV)

I suddenly feel a hand on my shoulder and hear a voice saying, "Your jacket looks amazing on you." I turn around seeing Lily. "Oh, really?" I say a bit confused.

"Yeah, the material is so soft and, Ooh, hello Mr. Bicep. Do you work out?" "Yeah, well, you know, I try to hit things." I say the confusion clear in my voice.

"Oh, you're so funny." Lily says while laughing. She winks at me and walks out of the room. I turn to look at James and Peter, only to find them looking at a book. I than walk off to Remus confused.

I know it is a long chapter, but I did not know how to shorten it. I also didn't know how to divide it into two chapters. I hope you enjoy.
