Isaac's P.O.V

As I walked, there was a group of girls who started squealing. I turned to see them stampeding toward me. "Omg it's HomelessGoomba!!!!" They screamed. My eyes became wide and I ran for my life. By the time I was out of breath, those crazy women were gone and were no where in sight.

My phone buzzed so I looked down to check it as I walked back to the area my car was at. Instead, I bumped into something. I crashed on my butt and my phone went flying out of my hand. I guess texting and walking should be against the law too. I shook my head and looked in front of me.

In a similar situation to me, she had fallen on her bottom. Her short hair was a mess, she had no makeup on, and she looked plain stressed out. "Oh my goodness, I'm so sorry about that," she said reaching for her purse.

I got up and said, "No, I'm sorry." I gave her my hand and she grabbed it. "No really, I'm just kind of everywhere today. I've had 7 taxi rides, 4 bus rides, 3 hotel rooms, 5 UFO rides, and now a run in with you, today has been kinda out of hand," the lady said tucking her hair behind her ears. I was quite confused at this point. "Where are you headed?" I asked grabbing my phone. She shrugged. "I really don't know. I just need somewhere to stay and food to eat and I'm set! I've been wandering the streets of Columbus kind of lost, and my hair is a mess, and my face is covered in sweat, and- "Hold on a second! Calm down, I'll buy you some coffee," I said cutting her off. "Oh, I could sure use some coffee, the last time I had something warm was about two weeks ago when I had- "Just follow me, we will talk later," I said dragging her by her wrist. "You know, talkative me," she said stumbling behind. I rolled my eyes and wiped the sweat off of my forehead. I'm not sure who's worse, Cierra or this woman.

I ordered at Starbucks and we sat down at a table together. That's when I remembered that I had a message. Cierra- Hi Isaac! What are you doing? I don't care cuz I'm a bird. I guess I should just walk away. "Yup, Cierra is definitely worse," I thought to myself. I sighed and put my phone into my pocket. "How come you didn't get anything?" She asked me. "Eh, not exactly a coffee person," I replied. "Nice sweater by the way," she complimented. "Oh, thanks. It's actually my brother's," I said looking down at it. She nodded. "I think my brother used to like the Browns too," she said staring at it. "What do you mean by 'think'?" I asked. She looked down at her coffee. "Oh, um, whatever, forget it,"I said trying to cover up my question. Had I said something wrong? I don't know, but I think this lady is already stressed out enough.

"So..um.. What's your name?" I asked trying to break the silence. "Lexi," she responded. "I'm Isaac," I said. "Nice name," said Lexi. "Uh.. Thanks, I guess," I said awkwardly. "Tell me a bit about yourself," she said. "Well, my full name is Isaac Frye, I have a brother named Jordan, two sisters named Bethany and Cierra, three cats named Billy, Bowser, and Oz, two dogs named Chewy and Link, I am part of a gaming YouTube channel with my siblings, and I basically love to troll people," I said. "Interesting life... I have a very, well, complicated life if that's how you want to put it," said Lexi. "Why's that?" "For starters, I don't know what my last name is, where I was born, who my family is, where I live, or why I'm here. I've been going from foster care to foster care to group home to foster care." She said. "Oh," I said. "By the way, do you know where the Children of Hope group home is?" I chuckled. "That back where I live in Mount Vernon. Just minutes from my place actually. Want a ride?" I asked. "Oh.. Um.. Are you sure? I mean, I could easily take the bus, but you know," she said. "Come to my car, we will pick up this cable box that my brother asked me to get and we will head to Mount Vernon. "
