Here's the description
The perfect world, with the perfect people, with the perfect economy. They call it the bubble, and everyone gets along. They've made an agreement with the rest of the world that they are to be treated as if they onto exist.
In 2024, Robert Banks was the founder of the bubble. The people worked on a nonprofit to build a giant dome in the Arctic. The dome takes on five seasons. Spring, summer, fall, winter, and perfection.
Now, the year is 2127, and the bubble has run down. Three teens are forced to move from there perfect world, to the real world. And what they find, shocks them.
