Tulips pov.
Grandmother said that the Hogwarts Express isn't at the train station but in it. Just between the platform 9 and 10. She also said that it's been there for many years and hasn't been destroyed. And that we had to run through a wall while no one was looking. If you had confidence, you could easily get through. But if you were afraid, you would run into the hard wall.
We were on our way to the train station, when we stopped by the gift shop. I had to stay in the car while she went in. She came out with a medium sized bag she put it in the back seat and we continued the drive.
We soon got there with minutes to spare.
"Now Tulip, remember what I have told you." She said
"Yes grandmother." I say.
I grip onto my cart and take a look around. No one seems to be paying attention, so I make a run for the brick wall. I closed my eyes tightly. Right when I was about to hit the wall, I ran through it. 'I knew I could do it!' I thought.
I stoped a few feet away from the entrance. It was amazing. The train was waiting as the students boarded it. A sign hung above stating it as platform 9 3/4. Many parent stood waving at their children. Others kissing them on their foreheads, and giving them hugs. Other students are happy to see there friend from the previous year or years.
"Isn't it wonderful?" Grandmother said standing behind me.
I jumped when I herd her voice. "Yea." I responded
Grandmother pushed me along. I boarded the train waving her good bye. I found an empty compartment and went in. I opened the window as the train started to move. Still waving good bye, the door slid open.
"May I come in?" A boy asks.
I turn around, closing the window. He is also a first year, I can tell by his robes. He hasn't been sorted yet. But neither have I.
"Sure." I say.
