There are gay pairings. Got a problem with that. I DONT CARE. Have fun reading. :)
Thalia
BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!
Thalia smashed her fist on her alarm clock early Monday morning. 'First day of school.' She thought with a hate. 'At least I get to see Luke... LUKE!' She looked at the clock. 7:45. Her eyes widened. She was supposed to meet him outside in 15 minutes! She quickly squeezed in black ripped skinny jeans, a Green Day t-shirt, and light blue converse. She ran down the stairs and into the kitchen. She put bread in the toaster, tapping her foot impatiently. Her father looked at her from the kitchen table.
"What are you in a rush for?" He asked.
"Luke's driving me to school."
"I don't like that boy."
"Well mom approves."
He grunted and kept silent after, but Thalia knew it wasn't the end of the discussion. The toast popped at the same time a honk came from outside.
"Bye Zeus." She never called him dad, she felt that he didn't deserve the right of the title. He sighed and said his good byes. She opened the door to see Luke with flowers in his hands, roses and daisies, her favorite.
"Oh, Luke you didn-"
"But I did. For you." He blushed and handed her the flowers. She threw her arms and kissed him.
"You are perfect, but we have school. It's our last year at Goode High, lets make it count." She said poking his chest. They raced to the truck.
Annabeth
She awoke to light shining in her room and someone was knocking on her door.
"Come in." She groaned, stretching the sleep out of her stiff limbs.
"Good morning sweetie pie." Cooed her dad with waffles drizzled on heavily with syrup. Her and her dad shared the waffles together laughing at the stories her dad told her of his first day to a new high school.
"If you guys don't hurry, Annabeth will miss the bus!" Called Katie.
"I'm driving her to school anyway Honey." Called her dad back.
"Just making sure!" Her dad chuckled and shook his head.
Better get down there before she throws a fit." Annabeth smiled evilly at her dad.
"Race you!" She called as she ran down the steps.
"Unfair head start." Her dad yelled as he tried to catch up.
Percy
Percy tapped his foot impatiently on the sidewalk with a scowl on his face. The bus was supposed to be here a half an hour ago, what was taking it so long? It was only the first day of school. He really wanted to see Annabeth. They talked three nights ago on Friday, and apparently their together now. She was his girlfriend. Just that thought made him jump up and down like a fangirl when her OTP was the new main pairing.
Yeah, he became a fanboy last year when a fangirl gave him 'The Hunger Games' novel.
'Finally.' He thought when he saw the bus. He shouldered his backpack, before he hissed from pain. His right shoulder still hurt from when Gabe smashed a beer bottle on it last night, all because he didn't make dinner right. Stupid really. How do you make a peanut butter sandwich the wrong way? He had no clue.
Boarding the bus, he sat next to his cousin Nico in the back seat. They weren't really cousins, but when Nico was in sixth grade, Percy in seventh grade, and Thalia's ninth grade class came to visit the middle school, they did blood test. All three of their blood types were so in common, that the teacher said the only explanation was that they were distant cousins, and ever since then, they called each other cousins.
"So..." Nico began awkwardly. Percy raised an eyebrow at that. He stared at his cousin, not blinking. Whenever he did this, people would spill what they were hiding. It was a handy trick. He saw Nico grow uncomfortable under his gaze.
"ALRIGHT!" Nico said, thrusting his hands in the air. "I went to McDonald's with Henry."
"Did you -"
"No man. We didn't kiss."
"I wasn't going to ask that."
"Then what were... OH GODS! GROSS MAN!" Nico protested when he saw Percy wagging his eyebrows suggestively.
"That wasn't my question either. Did you take him to meet your dad?" He asked chuckling
"Yeah." Nico turned a new shade of red. "He said Henry was a keeper."
Percy looked up to the front of the bus. Speak of the devil and he shall appear. Henry was looking for a place to sit. He saw an empty seat across the walk way. He quickly moved to the seat and motioned to Henry that a seat next to Nico was open. Percy snickered at the flustered face of his best friend when Henry sat down.
Giving Nico thumbs up, he leaned back into the leather seat. He winced when his back hit the seat. 'Right, Gabe whipped him too.' He didn't remember when he move in with Gabe. Only that he lived with him since he was four. The one thing he had left of his parents was dog tag that had a strange dead language on it.
Pretty soon he had fallen asleep on the bus.
Nico
Nico was having a good time with Henry. Looking in his sky blue eyes, he felt like he was flying. His blond hair was like sun light in waves.
"...this Saturday?" Henry asked.
"Huh?" Nico blushed. He was distracted by this guys look, but could you really blame him? The guy was hot.
"Do you wan to come over to watch a 'Pirates of The Caribbean' marathon at my house this Saturday?" He asked again. Nico's eyes widened, he loved that movie series, in fact, he told Henry that on their (what he hoped) first date, but he didn't think the guy would remember.
"I would love to!" He blushed, he haddened meant to say 'love'.
"You're cute when you blush." Upon those words, he blushed harder and invoulantary shunk in his seat. Henry laughed at the reaction and put his arm around him. Nico made a squeal that Henry thought was cute.
First day over school was about to begin for the young teens.
