Promise Me This

I wake up the next day just laying in bed as I look up at my bedroom ceiling, what had I done had I scared her off now, did she not want to be in a committed relationship with me?, I know I was not one for commitment either but if I wanted to try I would even if it took me a while to get used to it.

I turn over & check my phone no texts of Lisa or Calls so I must have really done something wrong, I decide to get up no point in laying in bed sulking all day I have a quick shower which made me feel better more relaxed.

I got dressed then headed downstairs to watch some TV I had no work to do today so I think I relaxing day was in order & for me to think about a few things also if anyone needed me at least I would be free to do whatever they wanted me to do.

I took my phone & scrolled through my twitter feed & checking tweets retweeting a few tweets from fans, I decided I would check Lisas then I saw her with Aaron Smiling obviously doing a silly selfie I just laughed & quoted it "The moment you see two crazy friends" of course Aaron loved my RT I was expecting Lisa to too but maybe I was thinking way to much about her my phone pinged.

Lisa- Sorry about me running off last night I just can't deal with a few things at the moment its nothing to do with you.

Me- Don't worry about it I am your friend after all so if you just want to chat you know where I am.

I placed my phone back into my jean pocket thinking not about it now, If she wanted to text me back she can it's her choice I'm not a clingy friend we all have our own lives.

I continued to watch TV then I decided I would go for a quick jog around the neighborhood as I had not really had much time work out much with me working a lot, also it was a cool day as well as there is only so much TV I can watch before I get bored.

I went upstairs & got changed as I was coming back down my stairs I heard my doorbell ring through the house I stand at the bottom of my stairs wondering who it was I check my phone for messages or calls nothing.

I unlock the locks on my front door & open it slowly to see Lisa she just looks up at me I step to one side to let her in she stands & waits for me to lock up again before she follows me into my living room we sit on opposite sides of the room just not looking at each other.

"So you said you are a friend to talk to here I am," she says to me with a nervous tone.

"OK You could of at least let me know you were coming I was about to head out for a jog"

"Well if I am disturbing you I will Go" she stood up making her way to the door.

"No No its fine honestly I can go later, please sit back down"

She walks back to the chair she had once sat on & sat down taking a sigh of relief.

"Is it bad to miss a place you lived ?"

"No not at all you have not been in Vegas that long.....also its a lot different from where you came from".

"I think I want to move back you know, but I can't due to work"

"I Don't know what to say but do what you think is best"

"The thing is there is one more thing which is holding me back"

"Whats that?"
