Promise Me This

Chapter 1

I sit looking out of the window with the rain falling it was a horrible day in Vegas we did not get alot of rain & when we did it did not last long anyway.

I took a spoonfull of my granola & fresh fruit while I continued to look out thinking what everyone was upto back in Boston I had not spoken to any of them but I had been busy with work, I would think I would of been hanging out with Zak to but he was to busy filming etc as I fount out from his twitter.

It was a lonely place here sometimes as I had not really made any friends since getting here I hardly had nothing to do on my days off, other then sit at home & watch TV. I did plan to go to the vegas strip one day but I was scared to go on my own.

I grabbed my phone which was next to me going onto my texts & clicking on Zaks name I read that I had not spoken to him for a month.

"So its been a while want to hang out I need to go & check out the Vegas strip?"

I sent it then left it to the side of me as I finished my breakfast off, then I went to grab a shower then decided to check my phone to my surprise he text back.

"Yh sure its been a while I will pick you up in about a hour" I ran upstairs to make sure I had something decent to wear I was still surprised that he wanted to meet up or he had the time to, it took me to text him first though is this how we are going to be now.

* A few minutes later*

My phone pinged I unlocked it "I'm outside" the nerves hit me it felt like I was meeting him again for the first time......I stepped out of my house making sure the front door was locked securly then placing my house keys into my bag & making my way to his car, I took a deep breathe as I opened the door he turned his music down as I got in.

"New Car?" I looked at him he smiled at me he looked good alot more toned then I had seen him the last time.

"Certainly is it goes really fast but I won't make it go fast don't worry" he smirks I put my seat belt on & take my attention to out of the window as he drove away from the curb.

"So it really took you this long to speak to me again?" he asks.

"Well I could say the same about you.....you have not contacted me at all"

He sighs "I did not want to you know I thought you would want your own space"

"I feel so lonely here so out of place but I came here for my job & I love it"

"Well if you would like I can spend more time with you when I'm free?"

"I don't know I'm still getting used to be in the same place as you"

"Well take your time it will take time I know that"

I smiled & nodded as we continued the rest of our journey to the Vegas strip before we knew it we was here & my eyes was wide at all the sights mostly casinos & hotel but to me it looked amazing to Zak it was boring now he had lived her for long.

"Right this is a good spot" he pulls over & parks up putting his black sunglasses on then leaving his car & opening my side of the door as I got out & the Vegas heat hit me.

"Think I am going to need some sort of sun lotion while i'm living here Boston never got this hot" he laughs as he locks his car up & joins my side placing his hand onto my back.

"Trust me it gets busy so we need to really keep together"

We continue to walk down the strip until we get to the mall then the crowds of people gets heavier Zak gets closer to me as no doubt he was trying his best not to be seen by fans.

As soon as we could we fount a place to eat & fount a table in there which was out of the way from wandering eyes outside, I did not think zak was looking so I looked at him to see his sky blue eyes looking at me he smiled then drew his attention back to the menu.

"Are you ready to order sir & madam?" I waiter asks us holding his pen to his writing notepad.

"Can I have just a salad please & a glass of water?"-Lisa

"Can I have the same please"-Zak the waiter smiled & nodded then he took our menus.

"This place is nice its very modern" I say to Zak as he is looking around I guess he could never relax.

"Yes I love it here I come here most of the time" the waiter disturbed us from our not social conversation as he brought us our glasses of water over.

"Do you miss Boston at all.....your family, friends?"

"I miss my family but that's about it really"

"Ok how is your job do you like it?"

"Yes I love it I get a few days off a week & weekends off to.

"Ssssoooooo if I was to ask erm" he scratches his head.

"Would you like to come around one night & watch our show at my place would you?"

"Of course that sounds great whatever you are comfortable with I'm mostly stuck in my house anyway"

"Great its a date then" he laughs I lean in towards him.

"Well maybe it can be Mr Bagans" I place my hand onto his as he looks down at both our hands
