If only (o2l fanfiction)

Why?

"Connor!" I run up too him.

"Hey babe." Did he just call me babe? I kinda like the sound of that.

He stands up from his sitting position under a tree. I run into his arms and give him a huge hug. We pull back and he keeps my elbows in his grip.

He moves his hand to push a piece of my hair back. He begins to slowly lean in. Instead of taking it slow, he slams his lips to mine and kisses me passionately.

He's mine. All mine.

I don't want to break the kiss, but we're in a park. I'm pretty sure people are kinda disgusted. Ugh. He pulls a way, leaving a huge smile on his face.

"So, what are we doing today?" I ask while he grabs my hand and swings our arms.

"It's a surprise." He says as we get in his car.

He pulls onto the road and comes to a stop light.

"Shit! Was that red!?!" He yells. It's to late. Connor ran a red light and a car smashed into the passenger side, where I was sitting.

"NO!!" Is the last thing I here.

"Raegan!" Someone shouts. It's a familiar voice. I open my eyes. John.

It was a dream? All just a dream.

"Why'd you wake me up?" I remember, after me and johns date, I thought I was in love, so I spent the night in his room. But in that dream, Connor was there...not John.

But I already kinda have a thing with John. And if we kinda broke up, the house would be a mess with everyone's feelings. Whatever.

"You got a text from somebody. It said something like, "it's Connor, when u coming ovr?"

"Wait, you read my text message?" I'm pretty angry, if you couldn't tell.

"Well...I'm sorry?"

"Let me see your phone." I say holding out my hand.

"What? Why?"

"You read one of mine, I read one of yours." I say with a smirk."and it has to be something that is ISNT any of my BUSINESS."

"Wha-no!"

"I'm only playing even." I hold out my hand again.

"Fine." He types in the passcode on his phone and scrolls through his messages. He smirks, and clicks on one.

Aw, she said that? So sweet. I look up at John and smile. He starts leaning in.

"I think we should 'totes' be together too." He kisses me.

But what if I don't think we should be together? I know that we just went on a date and I'm his girlfriend and all, but what about the dream?
What did the dream mean?

"Raegan!" John snaps his fingers in my face.

"What? I'm sorry, were you talking to me?"

"Well first I was kissing you. But you didn't kiss back. I thought it was a good moment."

"I'm a... sorr-" I get distracted by seeing Connor out of johns window.

"I see," John looks out the window as well,"he's the guy you were talking too that night. He's the one that kissed you!"

"Don't worry about it. I'm gonna go get in the shower." I get up and go to Bella's room. Lucky for me, she's awake.

I have decided I'm not going to update this week, I've been so busy that I haven't had time to think, and if I doesn't get at least 3 comments on what you think, I will not update next weekend.

I wanted to know if you think my story is going anywhere, like do you think that it's getting better, or do you think it isn't that good. Be completely honest in the comments.
