No pov. In the stadium

"Welcome everyone! This is the first match in the tournament. My names Steven. I am your host. Remember we will only see one on one pokémon battle until the quarter-finals where will be three on three and semi-final and final will be six on six pokemon battle. The first round matchup between Aaron and Cynthia. It'll be a one-on-one battle! And the battlefield is a Forest" Steven said excitedly.

Both trainer walked to one side of the battlefield and the referee walked to the middle and he begun to shout." It'll be a one-on-one battle! The winner will be determined when one side's Pokémon are unable to battle! Trainers, present your Pokémon!"

With that, Cynthia took the first move. "Aaron, allow me to introduce my Pokémon Garchomp I choose you!" She tossed her Poké ball in the air. When the ball opened, a light flashed. When the light dimmed, a dragon-looking Pokémon stood in front of her. The Pokémon was predominantly purple, he had short purple paw with a white sharp claw and with small soars. His body was red with yellow. It took a battle stance and let out a mighty roar. Aaron just smirked and he said." Lucario I choose you!" The blue wolf Pokémon ran in front of him and took a battle stance and let out a loud roar. The referee looked at both Pokémon, confirming that they were the ones that had been chosen. Satisfied with what he see, he raised the flags and yelled, "Let the battle begin!"

"I'll take the first move," Cynthia shouted. "Garchomp use Dragon Claw!" Garchomp could be seen beginning to glow his paw, and change colure

Predictable, as usual. Aaron smirked, before calling out a counterattack, "Lucario, use Bone Rush!" Lucario puts his paws together and spreads them apart, creating a light green bone of energy, before starting to charge towards the dragon pokémon, who stood across from him. The two attacks speeded towards each other until they met head on, but to the shock of the crowd, the green sphere of Garchomp blocked and the bone, from Lucario, continued its course as if it hit nothing at all.

Cynthia gasp in horror. "Garchomp, get out of there!" she shouted. Garchomp barely evaded the attack. Before Cynthia could stop to think, she saw her opponent jump into the air. "Ha! Big mistake Aaron! Garchomp, go after Lucario with Dragon Rush!" A blue aura surrounded Garchomp, as it sent itself flying through the air towards his opponent.

Aaron's smirk got bigger. "Quick Lucario, use Bon Rush again!" the wolf Pokémon's puts his paws together and spreads them apart, creating a light green bone of energy, before starting to charge towards the dragon pokémon. The two attacks clashed in mid-air causing an explosion. From the cloud of smoke, came the awe jaw Pokémon, as it was sent cascading towards the ground, while making contact with the floor of the field with a hard thud. Lucario; however, gently landed in front of Aaron, as if nothing had happened.

Garchomp was desperately trying to get up. Cynthia was about to call out a command, but she was too late, Aaron beaten her to it.

"Lucario, finish this with Aura Sphere!" he said flatly. The wolf Pokémon puts its hands together and creates a blue ball of energy The ball of sphere made its way over to Garchomp, slamming the already weak Pokémon into the wall, behind Cynthia. When the dust settled, the entire stadium could see that Garchomp wasn't getting up anytime soon.

"Garchomp is unable to battle, Lucario is the winner!" the referee announced.

Cynthia was shocked at what just happened. Her plan was to intimidate Aaron, but it didn't work. Hell, he didn't even flinch. She sighed and returns Garchomp back into his Poké ball.

In the stands

"wow Aaron's Lucario is real strong. Don't you thing?" Serena asked to others. They agreed with Serena. Brock said. "Yeah, I want to meet with him." I have ideal" said Dawn. "What is it?" Serena asked. "Because you know him already, you will not invite him to have lunch with us?" Serena thought about some second and nodded.

Back in the battle filed

Both trainer met center of the battlefield. They shook hand and said one time." this was good battle." They turned around and leaved the stadium. "Ladies and Gentleman! The first winner is Aaron. Before we take break I got a paper what I have to read. Dear audience! Please do not worry about the many policemen who are present. They are only in the interest of your safety and we don't want to happened again, what it has occurred five years ago." Said Steven. He put down the paper and continued." Now we have fifteen minutes breaks and we will return the next match. In the meantime, I'll see you"
