50,000 years later
"Sir." The soldier burst through the door.
"WHAT." The captain, startled, stood up knocking his card game to the floor.
The soldier slammed a sheet onto the desk, further startling the captain.
The disgruntled captain looked at the paper. Then, he looked up at the soldier. "Sorry, I don't speak computer."
Reluctantly, the soldier translated. "These numbers mean something is falling from space. We have to find it before the Militia get there."
The captain nodded and stood up. That promotion was as good as his. "Send out Bravo squad, and make it snappy." The soldier saluted and ran out of the room. The captain sat down and wondered what being a Major was like.
