Chapter 10: Finale PT2

*Being that this is the last chapter of Into The Dark I feel that I should add in something before we say goodbye to this lovely group!

I want to thank the participants of the contest I held like two years ago lmao.

I want to thank of of those who commented on my chapters, reading them really cheers me up and I really enjoy it!

Also, I am working up the courage to release a few of my stories that I write for fun so follow me of you want more!

One quick thing! I realized I left out a major detail in the development of Alex's character, Alex is in fact Transgender. I myself am under that spectrum so I feel this is a really good time to just clear any confusion!

The night after we raided and took down the facility I ran to the CDC. I tried to sneak away, but Hoseok followed me and come along. When the staff confirmed the antidote we all celebrated. Hoseok and I and a few staff broke out whatever alcohol we could find in the half abandoned building.

That night was a historical night. That night I came out to Hoseok, in full truth. It felt so amazing to let him know who I am, it was even better knowing how accepting he is.

Its two years since the CDC released the antidote, our government is in its repair stages and our countries are establishing their civilization. Ravi and his friends are still in hiding, I mean they pretty much started all this, but our group is the only one who knows their regretful secret.

As for our group, Tori and Namjoon are enjoying their life as a couple. Namjoon and Jimin have set the past aside and Jimin is actually looking for somewhere to settle down with Noemi. V is living with Hoseok and I until he can get back on his feet. After finding out Bella died he went cold for a long time. He stopped eating and talking until Hoseok and I decided to take him with us. Ally and Una are having a small war trying to figure out if Jungkook likes either of them. Jin and Suga are living their lives, we all meet up every once in a while and hang out.

As for Hoseok and I, we have been traveling. We are visiting states and seeing what our hardworking has done. Hoseok has been complaining though, he wants to settle down somewhere nice and quiet. I always tell him once we finish traveling we can build a small home on a piece of land miles from anyone. We have small laughs at our dreams, knowing they are always going to change.

"Alex, when do you thin all this traveling is over? My feet hurt!" Hoseok whines to me.

"We did this Hoseok, we brought back society!Just a few more days then we'll build a small farm home in the middle of no where," I told him as he pulled me closer to him as we walked down the street.

"Well it has to have at least a road," He said.

"And why's that?" I looked up to him.

"How are our kids going to get to school?" His sentence gave me a shocked look.

"Uh Hoseok, need I remind you?" I stood still with my arms crossed.

"I know silly! By then I'm sure the adoption system will be up and running again!" He quickly lifted me into his arms and spun around. I giggled and laughed until he put me down.

"What if we got married?" He said as we continued walking.

"How do you feel about it?" I asked. In complete honesty, I was all for it. Hoseok and I are truly one of a kind, clearly not even a zombie apocalypse can tear us apart.

"So thats a yes?" He turned to me.

"To what exactly?" I raised my eyebrow, I only asked to be sure I knew what he was talking about.

"To will you marry me?" He pulled out a ring from his pocket.

You guys i sorry thats so short! Really nothing else was need to be said. I wasn't kidding when I said I was running out of ideas for this story !

I enjoyed writing it as much as you guys hopefully had reading it. And let me know what story you guys want, but just fair warning I am pretty inconsistent heh..
