Chapter 11

-Talia's PoV-

I stayed at a hotel in Los Angeles last night. I woke up to the sound of my phone ringing in the bathroom. I went and grabbed it and saw who was calling me

"Michael!" I yelled when I answered

"Hey" Michael said

"Why are you calling me?" I aksed as I got out my clothes

"I was wondering if you wanted to come to Austin to help me out at work" He said

"Sure" I said and Michael talked about his job and who he works with

"Ok! I get it geez" I groaned

"Repeat what I said" I rolled my eyes

"I can't date anyone you work with. Now can I go?" I asked

"Yes. Bye" I hung up and got dressed. I got out my laptop and looked up a flight out to Austin. The next flight left tomorrow around noon. I bought the ticket then texted Michael. It was around 1 when I left the hotel to go walk around. I got back to my hotel room and decided to Skype Bailey luckily she was on. I started a call and she answered after 2 rings

"Find anywhere to work?" She asked. I nodded and it was silent for a while until her door opened

"Hey! People shall a be here to pick you up" The pink haired girl said and disappeared

"Ce! Who's here?" Bailey yelled

"Seamus and James are!" The girl supposedly named Ce yelled back

"Thanks! Can I call you later? I need-" This time two guys walked in

"Sure we can talk later" I hung up and layed down in the hotel bed 'Tomorrow I can be with my brother and hopefully find a job while I'm there' I thought as I drifted off to sleep.

I woke around 10 with 2 hours to pack and leave. I got seven missed calls from Michael and five texts from Bailey. I answered the texts and went to change. I threw on my new clothes and tossed my pajamas into my bag along with all my other stuff. I had to check out of the hotel by 11 and it was about 10:30 by the time I was done packing my things. I left the hotel room and went to check out. It was quick and soon enough I was at the airport.

My flight left in less than an hour so I sat down and waited for my flight to be called. After waiting ten minutes my flight was called and I was getting a seat on the plane. As we lifted off I shut my phone off and fell asleep.

I was shaken awake by a flight attendant. I got off the plane and went to get my bags. I grabbed my stuff and was searching for Michael. He said he was going to be with some guy named Gavin. I searched for the two except I didn't exactly know what Gavin looked like so I just searched for Michael. As I got closer to the entrance I heard yelling. It was Michael and Gavin fighting

"Hey!" I screamed earning myself some stares from people. Michael looked at me and hugged me

"Talia!" I started giggling as the two of them hugged me "Ok I'm extremely tired. Can we go somewhere?" I asked and soon enough we were at the place Michael and Gavin work. It was an office filled with people otherwise known as the workers of Rooster Teeth.
