Chapter 14

I quickly texted Talia to be here as soon as she could. I was still freaking out with my nightmare repeating in my mind. Every detail and every sound was exact. I got dressed and went to the kitchen to see Seamus drinking coffee

"Feel any better?" He asked. I looked at him as I stood on my toes reaching for a cup

"No, it keeps replaying in my mind." I grabbed a cup and shut the cupboard.

The door burst open and I dropped my cup screaming. Sly and Ce ran into the living room. I hid under the dining table with my knees to my chin trembling. I was covering my ears while my eyes were closed. I saw and heard everything from my nightmare flooding into my mind. This time it was different. Same beginning. The dark hallway and the voice.

Everywhere you are I am there.

'Just run and listen for his screams' I told myself. I started running and this time two people were screaming.

"James! Seamus!" I yelled as I halted to a stop.

Better keep running or you'll never see them again.

I ran following their screams for me. I approached the same metal door. I pushed it open and saw Seamus and James tied to chairs back to back.

"Bailey!" Seamus called out as he saw me. I ran towards him and James.

"Bailey." James said sounding scared.

"What" I started un-tying the ropes from their wrists.

"Turn around" Seamus said. I turned around and Cody stood near the door I entered. I trembled as I saw his face.

"Nice to see you again Bailey" He spoke and walked towards me.

I freed Seamus and James as Cody approached me.

"Did you miss me?" He smirked pulling a knife from his pocket

"Cause I missed you" He lounged towards me and I dodged it.

I started sprinting towards Seamus and James when Cody grabbed the sleeve of my sweatshirt yanking me back.

This time I was tied to both James and Seamus.

"I'm sorry" Seamus mumbled. I tried looking at him but he had his head down.

"What are you sorry for?" I asked.

"If I hadn't left you by yourself we would be safe." He spoke and started to cry.

"It's not your fault Sea. It's mine" I said. Tears formed at my eyes threating to come out. Footsteps echoed through the room as Cody appeared infront of me. He tossed someone on the floor infront of my feet.

"Un-tie them." Cody said to the man by my feet. Cody walked off into the darkness. The man stood up and looked at me.

"Aleks?" I asked as I saw his face. Aleks looked at me with fear in his eyes. He un-tied all three of us and Cody walked in.

"You. Here now" Cody pointed to James and he stepped towards him.

I just knew what was going to happen. Cody pulled out the same knife as before and stabbed James.

"James!" I screamed as his now lifeless body fall to the ground. Tears fall from my cheeks as I fall along with it.

Cody left the room. I cried on James until Cody came back.

"Get up you worthless piece of shit" Cody yelled.

I stood up but kept crying. I was afraid of what was going to happen next.

Cody yanked my arm pulling me towards him

"Say Hi to James for me" he said before shoving the same knife into my back. I fell to the ground along side of James watching Seamus and Aleks run to me.

"Bailey!" Seamus cried as he craddled me into his arms.

"I love you" I choked out and everything went black.

Instead of being with Seamus and Aleks, I was with James forever.

I kept screaming as this played. It was as if I could feel everything and everyone that touched me. Seamus crawled under the table with me and was trying to calm me down. I cried and screamed everytime a scene would replay in my mind. Eventually Seamus let me be so I could calm myself down

"Bailey. I'm going to work with Sly. Ce is staying here, Ok?" I nodded even though I didn't look at him. Soon I heard the door slam shut which made me scream again. I pulled my phone out and dialed Talia's number.

"Yeah?" She sounded as if she just woke up.

"Are you in Colorado yet?"

"Yeah why?"

"I need you hear now!" I yelled and hung up. I set my phone down and continued to sit under the table.

Talia came and I told her everything

"I'm sorry about all of this." She said sadly

"I can't stop thinking about it like they keep playing over and over again. It's like someone is controlling my thoughts! I try thinking of something else and it goes back to the nightmares!" I cried. Talia carried me to my room and layed me in my bed. I stayed there for the rest of the night until Seamus came. He layed in bed with me and stayed there. I didn't want to sleep. Everything would be the same, just different people being killed except me. I always die in the end. Why?
