Chapter four

Your P.O.V.
I took my crying. Hold and threw him out of the water while I got pulled farther down. "Y/N!!!" I heard Garroth scream.
I looked below me to see a person pulling me down, I kicked it in the face making the person let go. I swam to the surface. I coughed spitting up water. The person that grabbed me soon came to the surface coughing water too.
"Who are you!?" I asked the person, "I'm Hunter. Sorry for pulling you down." Hunter said moving his wet hair out of his face. "Y/n!" Garroth said pulling me out of the water. I looked at Garroth then Hunter, I soon helped hunter out of the water. His clothes were ripped and he had cuts everywhere, "Looks like you've been in a fight." I said coughing a little. "Y-yeah." He said, "Mama, what happened?" Samuel asked me. I smiled at him, I held him tightly. "Nothing, we just went for a little swim." I lied. Samuel nodded and closed his eyes. "Garroth could you please dry off Samuel, it would mean a lot to me." I said, Garroth nodded. "Hunter come on, let's get dried off. And we'll look at your wounds." I said. He nodded and tried to stand up but fell. I sighed and helped him up, having him balance on me. We walked slowly into the village, "Aphmau." I said, she turned around. "Oh hi Y/n! Who's this?" Aphmau asked painting at Hunter, "This is Hunter, he's been hurt badly and we are soaking wet." I said. She nodded, "Zoey!" She said. And soon a white haired elf (elf right or is it fairy..? I'm too lazy to check so please don't be mad XD)
Girl came our way, "Zoey please get some towels and look at the mans wounds." Aphmau said, Zoey nodded running off. "This is a nice village you live in." Hunter said, "Oh, i don't live here." I said. "Oh.. sorry." Hunter said combing his fingers through his hair. I stared at the ground to soon see two shoe less feet. I look up to see Pet, she smiled at me. "Hey.." I said, "Well looks like you went for a swim!" She giggled. "Hi there I'm hunter." Hunter said putting out his hand. Pet didn't shake it, soon Liochant came and put his arm around Pet. "Well, hunter. Ahem this is Liochant and I'm Crystal." She said lying about her name. "Nice to meet you both!" Hunter said happily. "I'm back!" Zoey said with towels. She threw one at me and I caught it, Hunter.. did not.
I dried my hair and got the water out of my clothes.
Hunter did the same but needed me to lean on.
~~TIME SKIP~~
I slept on a separate bed in Garroths room with Samuel by my side sound asleep.
I ran my fingers through Samuels soft silky H/C hair.
He tossed at turned so I quietly sang him a song to relax him.

(Btw Pet just burst into the room  and started singing with ya so... that's what the second voice is! XD)
Samuel stopped moving and I saw his belly moving up and down in a pattern. "good job." I whispered to pet, "You too." She whispered back and skipped out the room. I closed my eyes and had a dreamless sleep.
Garroths P.O.V.
I patrolled around the night, I soon saw Hunter leaning up against a pole, "Well. Hello there." He said and grinned. "You should be at Zoeys sleeping." I replied to him. He smirked, "Sorry I couldn't resist sleeping with Y/n instead." You didn't." I said looking at him. "Not yet." He replied, "That wasn't an accident pulling her in was it?" I asked pulling out my sword, "I see you're fitting the puzzle pieces together." He said and grinned evilly at me.
I gripped my sword and held it to his neck, he grinned and kicked my stomach making me fall down.
I landed with a thud, Hunter soon turned into a shadow knight.. i should have known!
He pulled out his sword and slashed at my stomach, I dodged while kicking his leg. He didn't fall!
"Wow, you really aren't that tough Shad was right." He grinned evilly as our swords clashed together, he knocked my sword out of my hand right into the ocean. "Now would you like me to kill you now and take Y/n? Or take Y/n and make her watch me kill you?" Hunter said holding the sword to my neck, I laughed. "Even if you kill me, you can never take Y/n, she's stubborn and too strong for you. But I know underneath her cold hardened shell is something warm and soft.." I said staring into Hunters eyes.I heard footsteps coming our way and before I knew it, Hunter was lying on the ground, me above him with his sword held to his neck. "Garroth.." I heard Y/n say.
I looked at her, her eyes widened and she ran towards me. I waited for the huge kick.. but instead I got a hug?
"I-I heard e-everything!!" She said crying into my chest, i dropped the sword and hugged her back. "You truly are m-my friend.." she said crying. "..well, I'll still be taking Y/n, we could do this the easy way or the hard way." Hunter said grabbing Y/ns wrist, Y/n glared at him her eyes looking like she's shooting daggers at him. Hunter took a step back. "BAD IDEA DUDE!!" I heard Pet yell. She ran to me with Liochant behind her. She dived into the water.. to get my sword? She soon jumped out spraying water everywhere, Pet tossed me my sword and I caught it. "Now, Y/n do your thing!" Pet said smiling, Y/n nodded. Her hand started glowing and she grabbed Hunter, she then threw him far far away, I couldn't even see his body flinging through the air anymore. "Wow." I said. "Yup! That's Y/n for ya!!" Pet said hugging Y/ns arm. Y/n smiled at her, "Pet..I don't understand how you keep being this happy.." Y/n said staring into Pets eyes. "......Y/n, I, just trying to FEEL happy when I'm hurting. So much. Liochant has made me happier. But yet I'm hurting a lot..." Pet said crying into Y/ns chest... do they have a relationship or something?
"I'm sorry for asking Pet.. I didn't mean to make you cry. But there's now someone else you can shed your tears with."
Y/n said pointing to Liochant. Pet looked his way and jumped into his arms. I smiled at the two. But... how did Y/n do that? I wondered. "Well.. I'm tired. I'll see ya in the morning, night." Y/n said walking off. I sighed and continued patrolling the night, now with Liochant. I still don't really trust him.. but beginning too. He's been so nice with Pet.
Maybe he isn't bad after all.
