My first story....It's a mess I know, but bare with me🙈
Lil yachty rises above the hate, bully, and family issues he went through during his high school years and makes it big with support of best friends Aaliyah and Perry.
I walk in the cafeteria and sit down at our table and eat my cereal, alone until Miles gets here. I call our table "our table" because nobody else sits at that table but me and him. They choose not to come near us, mostly Miles. I don't get why though.
He walks in the cafeteria with his hair bright red and a mess all over his head. He wore a baggy distressed jean jacket over a vintage navy blue and burgundy striped nautica shirt with black distressed jeans and old raf simmon shoes on. He always knew how to dress.

He keeps his head down to avoid the stabbing stares that were drawn to his face everyday. He sits down infront of me and rests his head on his fist. His eyes look red and tired.
I say "You look like you haven't gotten any sleep, what's wrong?"
He rubs his face and says "What isn't wrong."
I sigh and say "What happened."
"Jimmy and mom were fighting all night last night." "Well they always fight aren't you used to it."
"....he beat her."
My eyes widen "Are you serious!?" "She called the police, he ran off, they didn't leave until like 3 in the morning."
I say "Where was ur father?" He says "You know he's off on that trip."
I say "How's ur mother"
he shakes his head "Everything is just a mess."
I take his hand and hold it and say "It'll be ok"
He looks at our hands then looks up at me in my eyes.
I say "Just pray about it."
He doesn't say anything he just keeps staring until the bell rings.
I let his hand go and he snaps out of it. I get up with my backpack and walk out the cafeteria and he follows.
We're walking down the hallway when Perry comes behind us and says "Wassup fam"
Miles daps him up.
He says "Have you seen Jennifer's ass today, she ain't got no panties on son."
I grow disgusted and say "I'll catch y'all later." Then walk off into my classroom.
Miles POV I watch her walk off.
Perry says "Aye you hear me."
I say "Naw I haven't seen her yet."
"Mmm well did you finish the math homework?" Perry questions.
Before I could answer my body gets shoved into the lockers roughly.
"Wassgud baby bwoy, u got my money today?" Dex says getting all in my personal space.
