I woke up late at night. Everybody in the household was asleep, except for me. It was calm and peaceful, and I could hear the bugs chirping outside. Since I figured it would be a calm night, I went to go get my hoodie and shoes. I brushed my hair so I didn't look likes mess and changed into more comfortable clothes since I was still in my uniform. 'thats much better' I thought. After I put my shoes on, I headed downstairs and saw Tord asleep. He was curled up into a little ball and had his face buried into his arms, which were at a 90° angle, with his forearms parallel to his head. I smiled and before leaving, I planted a little kiss on his forehead and headed off to the night.

The night was chilly, but I didn't mind since i had a jacket. The moon was big, and the stars were scattered across the sky. I saw our milky way galaxy, and decided to go to the cliff to get a better view. Once I got there, I was struck with awe. I couldn't of picked a better night than tonight to go for a walk. Everything was so clear. I wanted to save every moment of it so when I thought back on it, I could process every little detail. While I was thinking, I felt somebody's presence among my side. I looked to see who it was, and there, was Tord, looking at the night sky too, and it looked like he's never seen it before. His face looked gorgeous, lit by the stars and the moon. It was different. It was soft. His eyes were wide and a small "whoa" escaped his lips. "It's beautiful, isn't it?" I said. "I've only seen this in the movies. It's much better in real life" he replied. "I agree." I turned to look at the stars again and rest my head on his shoulder. "Tord?" "Yeah?" I hesitated a little bit. "First of all, why aren't you asleep?" He chuckled a bit. "Well, when you kissed my forehead, I woke up. I did just in time to see you leave, so I followed." I smiled. "And second of all, what did you first think of me? When I came in?" "Well, when you fell on me, I was surprised. Tom told me to put you on the couch. When you woke up and immediately went to the fridge, that surprised me more. Normally, people who pass out will bicker and whine about their head. You, you didn't. And I knew you were different." His words reminded me of when I thought he stereotyped me. I shrugged it off as nothing. We sat in silence after a while and gazed at the stars together. Suddenly we heard a click and a bright flash of light, and looked at the source. There, was Edd, holding a camera. And all he had to say was "aww you guys make a great couple." We laughed at his comment and I rolled my eyes before we headed home.
