Teamwork

Lilian's pov

I woke up at 5am. I knew our teacher wouldn't be there early. So I grabbed a bite at a local Dongo shop before making my way to the training grounds.

My teammates where already  there. Sakura and Naruto yelled at me for being late, but I just brushed them off and sat down at the base of a tree. Toshina laid down next to me and dozed off.

In a few hours Kakashi the baka-shi came saying a black cat was the reason he was late. Ignoring Sakura's and Naruto's scolding, He then went on explaining the test.

'Just get a bell, simple.'

I thought. Once he said start Sakura and Sasuke went into hiding. I walked to my hiding spot only gaining speed once I made it to the forest line. I didn't go to far just far enough to avoid someone seeing me change. I took vampire form. It wasn't different from my normal form just changed my orange eyes into red ones. I ran faster that the speed of sound quickly grabbing a bell before my time limit ran out. If I hadn't been doing anything or feeding, I would be able to stay in this form longer.

But my fire was kind of weak making everything weaker. I stuffed the bell in my pocket and asked Alice to train me for the time being. The workouts and moves I did made my muscles scream. I felt Kakashi coming my way. I stood up and stretched my body and ate a shard of hell stone.

"Are you even going to try?"

"no, not really."

I lied. Kakashi sighed in annoyance then left.

I spent my 30 minuets walking back. When I returned Naruto was tied to one of the three posts.  The timer rang and we all sat down in front of a bento.

"You all won't be going back to the Academy."

Everyone, but me and, somewhat, Sasuke looked happy.

"You all should just drop out of the program completely."

The happy feeling they had turned depressed.

"why do you think you where put into teams?"

Blah blah blah.

"Teamwork!"

"Naruto you where too full of yourself to ask anyone for help. Sakura you where too worried about Sasuke to help Naruto. Sasuke you where egoistical and thought everyone would get your way. Lilian you didn't try at all!"

"You done? If so here you go."

I threw him the bell I got he caught it. Everyone looked at me with shocked faces.

"How and when did you.. "

"That's for me to know and you to never find out."

I liked being mysterious. It seemed to annoy Sasuke and Sakura. Naruto thought I was cool, which was a first for me and I liked it.

Kakashi said he was going to give us a second chance after we ate. He left we fed Naruto dispite not following orders. He came back talked about scum and worse than scum. Then showed us the KIA stone. After that sad moment we were told about our first official and told to go home.

The 4 of us walked together. We walked in silence before we arrived at my place first.

"This is my stop see y'all tomorrow."

I waved going up to the orphanage.

"Ummmmm Lilian that's the orphanage."

Before I could reply and angry Tsubaki opened the door.

"Well you look upset. "

"Liiiiillllllliiiiiiiaaaaaannnnn! Why didn't make up your bed before leaving? You even left your dirty clothes all over the floor! You are going to clean up this mess right now!"

She grabbed me by the ear and pulled me inside. My teammates looked surprised, sorry(showing pity), and amused. I suppressed a pleasurable moan and tried my best to look like I was in pain. 

Tsubaki slammed the door closed making sure Toshina came in before letting my ear go. I sighed and proceeded to do as I was told. Afterwards I fell into my bed. Thinking of my father. I wanted to hug him at least. Life without your family was sad. I rolled to my side then fell asleep.
