Dear Anxiety,
My dad brought me home mail today, which was weird. I haven't gotten mail in years.
I tore open the envelope to see a letter written from the kids in my support group. They told me they missed me, that they were really hoping I'd feel better, and that they wanted to see me again.
I read it about fifteen times. I think I might go back to the group. I just need to make it out my door first.
