Hyungwon was so tall. You could see how tall he was if you compared him to the old door he was standing next to that covered an antique street side shop.
She had always been intimidated by tall guys, but not him. Hyungwon was delicate. Firm but sweetly gentle all in one. He was the kind of guy any woman should want all for herself, at least the girl thought so. If every woman found someone like him, no woman would be lonely. She fluttered in happiness just by looking at him.
And there they were, both of them, standing by an old shop near the road looking at the cars going through the streets while sharing earphones.
She briefly looked at him, his eyes were lost in the passing cars and night city lights and one could feel his aura just by looking at his expression. This song really made him lose himself a bit. The sound of the cars on the road accentuated the mood, perfect harmony with the song.
Of course, trapped in such a romantic mood, the girl couldn't stop herself from stretching out her hand until her pinky finger touched his, as if asking for permission to hold onto it. Hyungwon slowly moved his finger, not only giving her permission but holding her finger with his and starting to swing his arm to the rhythm of the song. His expression didn't change, though.
The young girl's lips quickly curved into a smile as her head dropped to face the ground. What did she do to be this lucky? She had never done anything. She didn't feel like she deserved such happiness, but there it was. The man who made her feel alive was right beside her, in the exact situation as her, sharing her perspective. Right now they were one, and she was so, so grateful.
"Chae, do you feel it? Right here." The girl pointed at his chest with her sweater paw, and his mouth moved into the sweetest koala like smile she had ever seen, making his cheeks look like a hamster's and his smiley eyes pierce into hers from behind his shoulder.
"At home?" Yes. That was it, Home.. His gentle presence felt like home. Hyungwon's warm fingers grabbing onto hers, his sleepy smile, his cheeks that reminded her of a type of fluffy bread bun, everything about him. Even the way he smelled felt like home to the young girl.
"I am in love with you." She spilled out as she faced the ground, smile as wide as her urge to hold him at that moment. Such a perfect moment. A moment to remember forever.
Hyungwon's smile widened and he pulled her closer until her head rested on his upper arm, and he could lean over for a little peck on the top of her head.
"Then shall we build a Home together?" He looked right at her again, with that wide smile and curious eyes, and she couldn't help dropping her head on his arm closing her eyes in embarrassment to the sight of his eyes piercing into hers.
"Thehe I love you" Hyungwon gave her another peck, this one on her cheek before he tucked himself in her a bit focusing on the song and the view once more, now feeling her warmth as well.
