Bringgggggggggggggggggggg... Emme slapped the alarm button on her phone to shut off the incessant noise.
"M'kay time to get up and get ready for school..." Emme sighed with her eyes shut tight as she lay back down on the bed."Emme get out of bed!" Her mother yelled
"I'm up! Jeez!" Emme yelled back. She peered at her phone to see that the radar stated that there was a 78% chance of rain and that the time was 6:45.Soon Emme had on her uniform and had her books, phone, and lunch money in her backpack. She walked downstairs, pausing to slip on her shoes. She muttered, "Bye." And she left. Emme walked down to to Mark's house and waited until Mark fled from the house, laughing. "Bye, Clay!" "Get out, nerd!" Clay yelled, slamming the front door.
"Jeez..." Mark walks up to Emme with a sheepish grin. Rubbing the back of his neck, he blushes awkwardly. "So... About yesterday? What was that about?"
Now it was Emme's turn to blush. Her face a deep shade of red, she shrugged. Then she took off, shouting over her shoulder,
