There are hundreds of people on the bleachers. I was a little bit nervous because the other team are glaring at us. Well, the others are not. It's not like that our team wins the gold trophy each year (they won like three times already).

I have a friend from the other team but I bothered myself for not going there. His name is Sam. I can see him passing a soda to a girl's hand. I guess I don't have to go because he already saw me looking at him and he waved.

"Hey, Camy!" He bear hugged me when we got closer.

I tried to push him away but he is strong but he let go of my body. "Stop calling me Camy, Sammy, my name's Camber." I laughed. He let down his eyebrow and looked at me with supreme laughter.

"You call me 'Sammy', even though it's not my real name, then why can't I call you something else?"

"Because 'Camy' is a good name for a retarded camel." I rolled my eyes. Sam is type of person which is a brother to me. Last time, when I got bullied when I was grade seven, he defended me. It was cheesy but I used to have a crush on him too, before I have a crush on Kyle.

He changed school because his parents had a major drama about a teacher.

"Is your team prepared already?" He said.

"I don't know. Maybe?" I shrugged.

"Well, good luck! I have to run, my coach is calling me." He smiled then ran off going to a man with a bald head.

When I turn around, I can see a glint that Blake had been watching me. Naahh... He doesn't care...

Does he?

The boys are teaming up, gathering around forming a small circle. I can hear Blake's voice on the air and from his team.

"Team!" Blake Shouted. They formed a hand gathering and they had their voice shouted in the air with strength. "Let's do this!"

I like their team work. I bet Blake is really a great captain. I stared at him for a while and predict if he has still good in him. This is going to be worse if I do this.

Two teams are going in opposite directions. Something hit me. I went to see Blake. I tipped-toe so that I can see his head. Damn! These people are tall. Aha!

I said many excuses to the people which I have passed. And i finally caught Blake's hand. His hand... Soft, and warm. He's not nervous at all! I blushed as I felt it brushed mine. But I covered it up as I pretended to pant. He turns a little bit sideways at me and from our hands. And we both blushed.

I tweak my hand free. "B-Blake. I need to talk to you." Okay. Seriously. What am I doing? I hope this doesn't go like Kyle.

On my right wrist is my lucky bracelet. It isn't that girly much but my chinese friend gave that to me. She says that this bracelet means good luck. It has brown strings and one red bead on it. I untie the knot and grab Blake's hand

"Hey, dont take this off okay? Just don't take it." I say as tie the knot around his wrist. Okay... I'm not doing this for the team... or from the school but I'm doing this for Blake...

He nodded silently and made a faint smile. That went well. "I have to go. See you after the game." He replied. I am still red. Tom's right. I'm red. Ugggh!

I scurried to Liz and we went on the fourth row of the bleachers.

"Amber, I'm scared!" Lizzy cried.

"Why?" I replied calmly not turning out just to be like her.

"Because of the team. What if they lose?" She looked at me.

"They'll accept they're defeat, Dude. It's just a game!" I squinted my eyes. "What if Tom has an accident during the game?" This made her frightened more.

"Don't wish for that, Girl!" I laughed. The game starts now and I went to look for Blake, Tom and Colt.

"Oh! Number fourty-two just have the ball but Woods tackled him." The voice of the announcer replied.

I laughed as Blake really tackled a guy with nearly bald head.

Blake got the ball and pass it to River. The crowd went wild when River is running fast. River! Be a touch down, be a touch down.

"Roberts got the ball and Oh!" The announcer jiggled. "First point goes to the Eagles!" We shouted as our team got fifteen points.

"Go Eagles!" I cried.

Make-ups and props from the team showed as they compete with the sound of the announcer.

Tow games have finished and our team and the other team have a tie-to-tie score. The last game will find out which team will win the cup.

"The Eagles and The Jaguars are up in a tie gap and this is the final meet of this game. Who. Will. Win. This. War?" Shouted the announcer. The crowd beamed and the teams are both piped up.

"Probably, we are gonna win!" Liz voice felt stern. I can hear her half because of the noise. I just ignore her. I want to find out who's going to bring home the bacon.

"Wolf passed the ball to Jensen flew the ball to the ground partly!" What? That's so stupid of him. Doesn't he know that there's no person guarding that post?

Tom caught the ball and passed to Colt. Finally! Someone with the ball on our team. He is about to be tackled by an enormous guy so he passed the ball to someone nearer than him.

"Oooh! It's a good thing that Woods caught it." He's holding his mike hard. Wow! This is the best game that I have entered.

Blake! Blake! Blake! Blake! My brain's all cooped up with my smile that the team will win. But it went with a huge frown! The Jaguar's player tripped him and seem to have caught Blake's leg with his foot. Ouch! That hurt!

Big gasps went from the crowd and from us as we saw Blake holding his knee with both of his hands with pain. Oh my god. "Liz!" I cried. She saw me with disappointment. I'm not disappointed to see Blake lose but I'm worried that this happened.

The emergency crew went to Blake while the other went to get an arm bed. I went downstairs leaving Liz. I squeezed in to the people and went halfway. I'm scared of the big green field. I remembered that time when Kyle set me up. I don't want to go there.

Tom fought with the boy who tripped Blake and I have an urge to help him beat off the punk. When Blake's near to the door which leads outside, I ran quickly to catch up. The game must move on even though when Blake's not around.

And I don't want to stand here watching the game anymore.

I quickly turn my back but someone stopped me. It's Colt.

"Red, wait!" He said. He panted.

"Go and see if Blake's really okay and call me if he's in the hospital already." I nodded.

I hope he's okay. That bracelet is NOT lucky. How stupid of me to give it to him. But luck has nothing to do with it.
