I felt modest when Liz is here with me and Blake. It's nothing personal, it's just that Liz is always nudging my arm, giving me a sincere look that me and Blake have a . . . thing. Blake seems to noticed it. He knows that Liz is teasing me because of him. We just pretended like we don't know each other. He knows body language perfectly and he imply seems to understand.
"Camber, I need to go home, you should go with Blake," She twirls her car keys at me and points me a smiley look.
I felt alleviation when Liz left and Blake smirked at me.
"Nice friend you've got there." He said. I rolled my eyes. "She says that she likes it when we were together." I felt embarrassed to say that but I really like going with him. But since he isn't really on to me, I have to act like I don't care.
We drive home from the mansion safely. I detect Tom and Colt waving at us as we got out in the car and closed the car door. They seem to be having this hand slapping movement when Blake got to Tom.
Close friends... I sigh. I followed Blake going to his room and spend the entire night with him. I got used to his friends that we started a conversation. Blake sat next to me on the couch.
"Guys, get out." He says as he laugh. "We got something to do."
"Oh, you mean... something?" Colt mentioned.
Nice words Blake, now they think that we have... 'something' to do. I pushed Colt aside and say that "Blake is going to rip my head off if you keep messing with us."
"Sorry, Blake's girl but I have to keep my options open sometimes," Colt catches Blake's eyes as Blake darted to the room, with a small smile on his face, leaving me behind his friends.
I also scamper from the room to catch up with Blake. Blake, you idiot! It's just a word, you don't have to be so serious about it. Blake, I know how much I like you right now, but sometimes, you are a jerk. I spotted Blake on the other room. He's browsing on his phone, standing there showing his firm muscles as he flexes it.
I knocked on the door just to get him to noticed me. He looks at me intently and told me to come inside.
"I knew that you would come." He pinpoints me to sit on an elegant chair. The place is filled with books. Shelves and more shelves were lined up. I admire a white- creamed box with pink, white and red flowers carved around it on a dresser. Why would there be a dresser in a library?
Since Blake is busy climbing on a thick book shelf, I check out that box that I kept looking. I see my reflection and eye the box below me. I opened it and music filled lightly in the room. A ballerina statue is spinning gently, wearing a red tutu that matches the other flowers outside the box.
I hear a low thump of the floor but I don't mind it because that means Blake fell down perfectly and I don't have to laugh about it. I still dawdle myself in lingering at the music. I felt a soft, warm hand brushed gently on my waist. It's Blake's.
I stiffened myself as he let me face him, turning me gently. He held my hand... Oh, how amazing his hand was... I don't want him to let it go. He led me to a couch at the left corner of the room. I must be more than blushing.
"What kind of room is this anyway," I replied, looking around.
"This is my grandmother's room." He said.
Why on earth is he here on his grandma's room? This isn't a room, it's a library! Partly... Maybe that explains why the dresser is here.
"Why are you here?" I asked.
