If you already got your ear pierced for earrings etcetera, just imagaine that you don't have one and you're just gonna get it now. OK?

-Y/N's POV-
Today was the day for me to get my ear pierced. And Ranpo was coming with me. I didn't have simple clue why but he said he also wanted to get his ear pierced for earrings(?).
-Flashback-
"Nē, Y/N-chan. Why don't you get earrings~" Dazai-san suggested.
"Why do you ask, Dazai-san? And well, I was planning on getting my ear pierced, though." I added. I felt that maybe I should be a bit more cool or beautiful with earrings. Some are cool and some are pretty.
"Because!~ You would look pretty~" He said.
"Really? Maybe I should, but I'm actually scared.... Ah! Junichirou-san!" I called out, as I spotted the earring wearing boy.
"Yeah? What happend?" He asked casually.
"Is that an earring or an earcuff on your ear?" I asked.
"It's an earcuff. Why?" Junichirou asked.
"*sigh* I was expecting you to have earrings since I wanted to get my ear pierced." I explained and looked disappointed.
"Oh, is that so? Well, I heard that it's painful but it's worth it. I was planning on getting my ear pierced on my Birthday." Junichirou said.
"Painful but worth it, huh?" I started thinking.
"Oi! What are you being lazy about?! Get back to work!" Kunikida scolded and I snapped out of my thoughts.
"Ah! Hai!" Junichirou and I said loudly and went back to work while Dazai was nowhere to be seen. Again.
-Time skip-
I kept smiling at the thought of being cute, at least. Ranpo took notice of this and suddenly asked.
"Why are you smiling so much?"
"Mm? Oh. Dazai said that I would look pretty with earrings. So I'm planning on getting my ear pierced soon. Though, I'm actually nervous." I let out a giggle.
"Hmm.... I see. Maybe I should look cool with earrings too." Ranpo said.
Ranpo-san with earrings? He might look cute and cool. After all, earrings are for both girls and boys.
"I think you would look great! Maybe we should get our ear pierced on the same day!" I suggested.
"Did I just hear something about ear piercing?" I turned around. It was Yosano.
"Yup! Let me guess. You have an ear piercing device and you want to do it for us." Ranpo san guessed.
"Yes. Are you going to get it done by me? It's for free."
"Hmm.... Ranpo-san. What do you think?" I asked him.
"Hmm. I guess it's okay. On Friday. This week. How about that?" We all agreed in the end.

So now we were for Yosano-san in the infirmary room, preparing for the worst.
Ranpo went first. As he got his ear pierced. He just bit his lips hard and clenched his gist but before he knew it, he got his ear pierced.
"Good boy. Now, Y/N. It's your turn." The way how Yosano-san said it, made me shiver in fright, but Ranpo-san held my hand and smiled. He reassured me that it will be fine.
I closed my eyes shut. As soon as the device touched my ear, I bit my bottom lip lightly.
"Breathe in."
I inhaled and bit my lip hard as my ear got pierced. I gripped Ranpo's arm, my nail digging into his skin.
The device left my left ear and moved to the right. I clenched my free fist.

1- That's when I felt soft lips on mine. The kisser's tongue went in my mouth, and it tasted like candy. Ranpo... san?
I opened my eyes and he left my lips. Both of my ears were pierced, and my lips were parted in surprise. I blushed furiously as I flashed back on what had happend.
"I love you, Y/N. Please be my girlfriend and I know you'll say 'yes'." Ranpo said as he held my hand gently.
"Ufufufu~ You already know the answer anyway." I said and smiled, still blushing lightly.
"Yay!!~" Ranpo-san cheered in delight.
"Now, here lover birds. Wear it already. Y/N, it's from Ranpo." Yosano-san gave Ranpo and I a box each.
I opened the box and found a simple (gold/silver) earring. It was a simple and small hoop but it was real and it looked expensive.
I looked at Ranpo-san and was about to say something, but Ranpo-san just said it for me.
"Yes. I'm sure. Don't worry. I already wore mine~" I looked at him as hs pointed at his earrings.
I blushed at his cuteness and mumbled out "You look so cute" to him.
I quickly covered my mouth in embarrassment. Ranpo let out a chuckle and felt him scooch over. Then, I realised that he was putting on the earring on my ears.
I stayed their for a few more while and when he was done, I looked up and saw Ranpo-san grinning with his eyes open and Yosano-san smirking.
"It looks lovely on you, my dear~" Ranpo-san said and I slowly took the mirror that Yosano-san held.
"I look.... nice." I said as I looked at my reflection.
"Thank you, guys. I really love it." I thanked and gave a warm smile.
"I'm glad you loved it!" Ranpo-san exclaimed and Yosano-san left without notice.
"Hehe~ How about we go to a sweets cafe?" I suggested.
"Yesss!! Let's go! Let's go! Let's go!!" Ranpo pulled me up from the bed and saw Naomi and Yosano-san smiling evilly on the way to the building entrance.
What were their next plan, now?!
-Omake (Extra)-
"Nee, Ranpo-kun. You should thank me~ I suggested Y/N-chan to wear earrings~" Dazai said.
"Yeah. But you should get me some candies. I'm kinda mad at you." Ranpo said as he ate his ice-cream.
"Eeeeh? Atsushi-kun-"
"No, Dazai-san. Buy it by yourself, please." Atsushi said as he placed some files on the table.
"Aww...." Dazai left the office, never to return again without candies.
