I pushed my previous thought right into the back of my mind. That cannot happen again! I need a drink, this is stressful. I got the last bottle of ale and drank it, trying to forget Meliodas's face. Speak of the man, here he is. He is asking me something, but I can't stop staring at him. "(Y/n)! Hello?" I snapped out of my trance by, one again, groping me. The next thing I know, I am high five-ing him, in the face, with my empty bottle, so hard he also gave the wall a hug, then the floor a backwards hug. The only thing he can't show affection to, is me. "Gah! What was that for? I was checking your pulse!"
" Oh. By the way Meli, we are out of ale. Actually, if we stop there to get some, we can find Diane! I think I heard rumours that she was in the forest of white dreams." I declared, proud of my knowledge.
He smirked and said, " Great! That's where we will go." He ran outside, presumably talking to the giant green pig that moved the tavern. I walked up to bed, only to bump into Elizabeth, making both of us fall on our butts'. I mumbled a sorry, and went on my way. Wait. Where does Elizabeth sleep? Before she went downstairs, I asked, " Hey, where do you sleep?" She hesitated, then replied while snickering,
" In sir Meliodas's bed with him. Jealous? Well, obviously, he is pretty hot." I was about to punch her, but Meliodas walked by.
"Oh hey guys. Hope you're getting along well. We are going to be there soon."

~Time skip ~

Ok. This is odd. In the river, there were no plants, and it was dry. We kept walking, and we saw a group of people gathered by something, cheering ? I was about to ask a man about it, but Meli beat me to it. "Is this a festival?"
He replied, but instead of a yes or no answer, he said," Does this look like a festival to you?!" Well no really, why do you think he asked? Jeez, the nerve of some people. We looked closer, and saw a sword sticking out of the ground, shooting blue electricity everywhere around it, and multiple of the villages strongest men trying to pull it out with a rope. It didn't budge. Hmmm. That sword looks familiar. "We're trying to pull out a sword some Holy Knight put in the ground!" Meliodas mumbled something about why somebody would do that. Then, an old man started to explain.
"Days ago, a Holy knight brought his wrath down upon us. He infused his sword with mana, and locked away all of the water under our village."
Elizabeth asked a dumb question, that I didn't listen to. Then, a young boy with a y-shaped haircut walked through the crowd. Some people started whispering about this kid, Meed, the trouble maker. He walked up and stated proudly," What's all that moaning and groaning about. A Holy knight's sword stuck in the ground? If my friends, the seven deadly sins were here, that sword would be gone by now!" Why does everybody always forget me!
