Chapter 9: My sin

Your P.O.V

Here we are. Walking into Baste prison like we own the place. We already got the doctors daughter, and we're looking for my other best best buddy, Ban. Oh, the good times we've had.

Flashback

"Hey Ban! Look what I'm putting in King's food! Remember how he hates spiders?" I yelled to Ban, who was in the kitchen getting some drinks before we called everybody to the tables for Ban and I's meal. I hope it's good. We've been working on it all day. It is a coq au vin. And for dessert, a creme brûlée. But under the sugar on Kings dessert, is a baby crab spider. Yes, it's alive.
   "Awww how didn't I think of that!" Ban whined.
I called everybody to the table and we ate our entrées.  When Ban handed out the desserts, he accidentally gave the spider to Diane. She screamed sooooo loud, I think it burst my ear drums. Meliodas stood up, walked over to Ban, and hit him lightly upside the head with his mug. But it was a good day.

I zoned back in because I ran into something. Well, someone. I look up, and it's Ban! I fist bump with him, and he is happy until he looks back at Meli. Uh oh. I know what's happening.
Time skip

Well, now we're back at the Boar Hat after having supper with the doctors family. Every body was still drinking when we got back, so why not stop now?! We were talking about Ban, when a bang sounded through the room. Many Holy Knights came in wielding swords, and many more were outside. Everyone instantly sobered up  and started fighting. I thought 'screw it' and let my wings out, and started using them along with my katana and daggers to get rid of people. I used a special attack to kill a knight trying to get to Elizabeth. But while I did that, one of them snuck up behind me and stabbed my wing. I roared out in pain and obliterated him using my heavens light.
   By the time I finished with him, the rest of the group took out the other Knights and were staring at me. Well, all except Meliodas. For once in 10 years, since Liz died, Meliodas looked serious.
"Explain, (y/n). Now!" He yelled, and I instantly felt ashamed
    "It's a long story, but okay. When I was born, I was born to a family of angels." I heard many gasps. "I was raised as one by two other Angels. My parents were on the main council of Angels, so they didn't have as much time on there hands as I did. My mother and I were very close, until one day, when I was 9, my father had to check up on the kingdom, and got killed in the process. Since my brother, Jackson, was with my dad, he died too.My mother and I were devastated, and we grew apart. And in school, I got bullied a lot. One day, I was so fed up,that I lost my temper, and I killed them. I killed all of the people in the school, all of their families, and eventually the whole city. I killed, hundreds of thousands of people. I was so guilty, so I turned myself in. I was sent to prison for life. And Meliodas, you know the rest, because you found me." By the time I was done, I was crying, and not just because of the pain in my wing. I looked around me, and everybody's face had fear and sorrow written all over. I ran into the bathroom and locked myself in. I tended to my wound and flew out the window, hopefully not to ever see that dreaded building and people in it again. Goodbye.

Yay! I have inspiration again! Nice long chapter, about 630 words (not including this). Well, you know your backstory. And so what if I made an attack and changed up the story a bit. It's my book. See ya later!
