"Hey hun," Tevor said as I walked through the door.
"Hey, where are you going?" I asked.
"I have to go to the library and drop off this over due book. I should be back in 10 minutes tops," He said kissing me on the cheek.
"Bye babe," I smiled.
"See ya Liz," He smirked.
He walked out the door and I watched him go. Little did I know that was the last day I would see him.
***********
It had been about 2 hours since he was gone. By now I was pacing frantically around the room waiting and waiting. Then.....
-knock knock-
I walked up to the door in a panic and opened it. I stared at the police officer and my head started to spin.
"Y-yes?" I stuttered.
She frowned and stared at me.
"Elizabeth Virchow?" She asked.
"Yes, that's me whats the problem?" I questioned.
By now I was biting my nails down to stubs. I just knew something happened to him.

Trevor's POV
I walked down to the library and dropped my book off. I started to head home but I noticed someone watching me. I turned around, but it came closer so I walked faster and faster. I stopped as the figure nearly touched my shoulder. It was a white haired man with a beard like santa's and a weird looking glimse in his eye.
"Gimme your money," He shouted.
"I don't have any money," I replied shaking.
"Turn around," He screamed.
I turned around and closed my eyes hoping I would die. I didn't have money, my heart started beating fast. Then I thought of her. Forever. That's what I said. I felt the cold butt of the gun pressing against the skin on my neck. I tensed, and right as he pressed the trigger I thought of one thing
lies

Liz's POV
"Well ma'am, you see Trevor Jacobson had died. Our sources tell us that you were his girlfriend, and you were on his emergency contact list. I thought it would be best to tell you in person. Are you okay?" The police officer asked.
By them tears were flowing down my cheeks.
"I-I'm ok, I just need time alone," I cried.
"Alright, goodbye," She replied leaving.
I closed the door and remembered what Trevor had said the first day we started dating. He said, "Liz were going to be together forever. Forever." I couldn't help but think he lied, but I knew I couldn't spend forever without him. Everyday will be harder than the last.
