Violet's POV
"No Juu I'm not going to make that for dinner......" I said as I flipped the page on the book I was reading. "Every Breath" is a pretty good book hell I wish I could be like the girl in the book with the Sherlock based character Mycroft as my potential boyfriend. Jumping up as I heard hands smack on the coffee table I looked to see Juu glaring at me.
"Is there anything I can help you with?" I asked boredly.
"Fix. The. Damn. Curry!!!!!" She yelled at me as I smiled politely.
"No, now run along don't you have to go to work?" I said going back to my book.
Huffing Juu walked into the kitchen and walked back out. Too into my book I barely heard her behind me until I heard her giggle a little. Looking behind me I saw a cup of water in her hand with flour in a little container. I looked at her then back to the items in her hand and back again raising my eyebrow.
"If you do that I won't cook curry for the rest of the year and I'll leave the mess you make for YOU to clean up after work." I said plainly.
Sighing exaggeratedly she began to pout as she turned around putting the items down before stomping her way through the front door to go to work. Smiling to myself I continued reading as I hummed a song.
After a while of reading I finished the book and grew bored so I decided to walk around outside. As I pulled on my converse I zipped on my light jacket and walked out the door while locking it. Pushing my hands in my pockets I walked towards the tree line between me and the Jacobson's house absentmindedly humming again.
When I entered the tree line I heard something that sounded like heavy pounding footsteps and ragged breathing. Not knowing where it was coming from I quietly slid behind a tree watching my surroundings. Holding my breath I saw in the distance what looked like a girl with a white dress on running into the thicket of trees behind the house. With wide eyes I began to go chase after her but I saw another figure with a hoodie covering his head yelling something I couldn't catch.
As I was about to run their way something buzzed in my pocket making my heart leap in my throat. Quickly grabbing my phone I answered it.
"Hello?" I said while looking around frantically.
"Heyyyy Violet can you come and bring me a new pair of underwear with pants and some pads?" I heard Juu say over the phone.
I continued looking around slowly backing away to go into my house,"Uh..... Y-Yeah sure! Does it matter what type of pants?"
"Preferably black if you could..... can you also bring some Mydol?" She said while whimpering.
Sighing I walked into the house making sure I lock the door before going into Juu's room to get the things she needed.
"I should be down there in fifteen." I said walking down the stairs.
I paused as I heard a whimper through the phone before saying, " Make that less than ten minutes."
Hanging up the phone I rushed into the car starting it and pulling it into reverse. Afterwards I started to drive towards Juu's job at the local grocery store. Speeding my way down the street I quickly made sure no cops were around before pressing my foot against the gas pedal making it touch the floor.
Like I said in less than ten minutes I was out the car and walking into the store looking for the restrooms Juu texted me about. Finding the girls restroom I walked in calling out her name.
"Juu?" I said looking under the stalls for feet.
"Over here.... God DAMMIT!!!!!" She said as I entered the stall watching her clutch her stomach in pain.
