Me and perrie were exhausted from watching allyson and liam jr '' good mourning '' oh yes yes yes she awake hooray '' morning '' I said in a tired voice by now I had both twins because perrie was to tired so I told her to sleep '' zayn you look exhausted let me take them '' I nod and gave liam jr to Tracy and Tracy woke up liam so he could hold allyson.

Liam P.O.V

I felt a light tapping on my shoulder and I opened my eyes to see Tracy '' morning beautiful '' she blushed '' can you hold ally please so zayn can get some rest '' I nod my head '' why ofcorse '' I take ally from zayn and he quickly fell asleep.

Ally and liam jr were awake the hole time we had them, they must love it when there mommy and daddy holds them. I take both of the babies so Tracy can change and he phone rings '' liam do you mind picking that up for me please '' I smiled and walked to the phone.

I struggled to press the answer button but I manage to do it and press speaker, it was no easy task but I did it.

'' Hello ''

'' Hey liam its niall ''

'' Oh hey niall what's up ''

'' Are you guys awake ''

'' Uh well me, Tracy and the babies are but zayn and perrie are sound asleep ''

'' Ok um today why don't you take Tracy out and me and katherin will watch the babies for you two ''

Tracy P.O.V

I walk out of the bathroom real quick to see if liam was ok and it was so funny, i see him trying to press the call button and the speaker button, I walk back in the bathroom and put some dark blue skinny jeans and a white tank top with some white converse.

I walk out of the bathroom '' who was that on the phone '' liam turned around '' it was naill '' he said smiling '' what did he say '' I ask taking liam jr away from him '' he said that there coming over to watch the babies while I take you out '' I smiled '' aw that's sweet of him '' liam smiles and so did I.

Niall got to the hospital room so me and liam handed them the babies and we left to a date.

'' Where do you want to go '' liam asked opening the door for me '' any where is fine as long as I'm with you '' he smiled and hoped in the other end.

We got to a restaurant with a beach view and it was amazing '' we never did this in a while '' liam said snapping me out of my thoughts '' I know '' I kissed him lightly and the waitress came bye and I could see she was a fan of one direction because of the way she look at liam.

'' Aren't you liam payne '' she asked '' yup '' he said popping the p '' may I have a picture and a autograph '' she asked so politely '' well ofcorse '' liam took the picture and signed her phone case '' thank you so much oh and Tracy don't believe all the hate the other fans give you there just jealous '' I nod my head '' thanks ''.

She took our order and since it was morning time I had bacon, eggs and my favorite pancakes and liam got a omelet.

We finished eating and we were now walking on the beach with my hand in liams and it was swaying back and forth and the ocean look beautiful '' like you '' liam said and I blushed I totally forgot he can read minds. He spun me around and we kissed, the kiss got interpreted by my phone ringing.

'' I'm kinda busy right now ''

'' No wait Tracy its about perrie '' zayn sounded like he was crying.

'' Zayn what's wrong ''

'' Perrie she isn't ok she's sweating a lot and now there is blood comeing out liked she has a major fever or a virus and she isn't healing ''

'' Ok just stay calm we'll be right there ''

I hung up and told liam the situation so we both ran back to the hospital.

Niall and katherin took the babies out of the room while liam and Tracy came in looking at me '' when did this start to happen '' she asked '' uh about 10min ago, It happens after she ate this '' I held up an apple and Tracy took it '' it might be poisoned, but I'm not sure what kind of poison but all I know is we have to figure it out fast or else she's gonna die '' I started to cry harder '' zayn '' I heard a faint voice to see perrie '' hey babe its gonna be ok I'm not letting you go '' I say holding her '' I'm scared '' she looked like she was gonna cry '' don't worry you'll be fine I promise '' she shook her head '' I'm not worried about me '' she said '' I never told you, I was planning on telling you today '' I looked confused '' tell me what '' she cried harder and I did too '' zayn '' she said quietly '' yes babe '' she wiped some tears away '' I'm pregnant ''.

Oh my god perrie she was pregnant now I really can't let her go '' you are '' I smiled and she did to '' yes '' I kissed her cheek and she spoke '' I'm really scared '' she was shaking really badly and more blood came out of her nose '' perrie don't worry its gonna be fine '' all of a sudden I hear liam screaming no and Tracy dropped to the floor with the apple in her hand '' oh shit ''.
