Chapter 12 - People Close To You

Diana POV

Poor Hana.....

Lily and I hugged Hana. She couldn't stop crying and her cat ears were drooping.

"Who cares about him....he acted like that after you helped him" I said angrily.

"Don't say that, Miku might of taught him somethings and he doesn't have a clue what he's saying" Lily sighed.

Hana crawled into her bed and buried her head in a pillow, "I should of left him in the ocean....then he wouldn't be corrupted" she cried harder.

"Maybe we still can" I smirked.

"Guys.....maybe Catherine can figure out what's going on" Lily glared at me.

"Yes! That's perfect. I'll get Catherine" Hana smiled clasping her hands together.

She dragged us with her to Mrs. Stevenson's office where Catherine was. Mrs. Stevenson and Catherine were playing cards then they froze staring at us.

"Sorry! Um....students" Mrs. Stevenson smiled nervously scratching her colourful hair. She controlled the iron table she made with her powers into a small box. "Anything that I can help with?" she asked.

"Sorry miss....it's not spiritual related" I sighed.

She pouted folding her arms, "What is it then?" she glared at me.

"How's your husband?" I smirked.

"Ivan is......hey no private life" she wined.

"Sorry Rain" I chuckled.

"Treat Mrs. Stevenson with respect" Catherine pouted.

"This is why she's my favorite student!" Mrs. Stevenson screamed hugging her.

"I'm being praised" Catherine giggled.

"Um....Catherine, we need help with something" Hana smiled nervously.

"Of course, but what will you pay me?" Catherine smirked drinking a cup of tea with her pinky sticking out on the handle of the tea cup.

"Ice cream?" Lily smiled.

"Sure!" Catherine smiled hugging her leg.

Time skipped.....

Catherine, Hana and I spied on Miku and Kairi. He was acting unusual and rude to others but very nice to Miku.

"Weird....." Catherine rubbed her chin.

"Can you do anything?" Hana smiled nervously.

"Of course I can" Catherine sighed. She aimed her hands at him and her eyes shun, "He's being controlled" she laughed nervously.

"I knew it!" Hana smiled. Catherine and I raised our eyebrows and looked at her, "Um....I mean that's sad" she coughed making her voice deeper.

"I know how to break the spell, this is too easy" Catherine laughed while a magic ora surrounded her body.

We saw him still talking to Miku then fainted. I glared at Catherine, "Catherine......." I sighed.

"Um....well it's broken but he's going to out for a while" she said scratching behind her head.

Miku screamed shaking him and she was actually crying! She saw us and aimed her hand at us, "You hurt him!" she said angrily. She shot many lightning bolts at us and Hana made a shield made out of ice. I ran to Miku and tackled her to the floor then grabbed her hands, "You were controlling him, weren't you?!" I said looking at her angrily.

She froze staring at me then she cried looking at him, "He's the perfect boyfriend for me....I was afraid Hana would take him away from him!" she screamed, "He's so sweet, kind and treats me with respect otherwise than you people" she cried harder.

"You can't force someone to love you" I sighed.

"Then what I was supposed to do?" she wiped her tears when I released her.

"Show him your good qualities" Hana smiled softly.

"Really?" Miku smiled a little.

"Miku...you are a complete bitch because you keep hiding your feelings" I glared at her.

"I don't like getting too close to people" she mumbled.

"Well.....too bad because we are going to get very close to you" Hana smirked.

"That sounds wrong" I became disturbed.

"Are you girls done yet? My tea will get cold" Catherine sighed.

"Sorry" the rest of us smiled nervously.

Hana and I struggled carrying Kairi into our room and placed him on a bed. He came back to consciousness and rubbed his forehead, "What happened?" he groaned.

"How are you feeling?" we asked him.

"A little different, I remember hanging out with Miku and...." he said softly. He covered his mouth and trembled, "I said mean things to Hana and other people" he said not looking at us.

"It's okay....Kairi, I know you didn't mean it" she smiled softly.

"I'm sorry Hana, I was a bad boy" he said in a shaky tone.

"There there" we hugged him and patted his back.

Hollis turned on the PA system, "Mr. Kairi Guinevere please come to my office....um please and thank you. You don't need to come now but....come please"

"Your father" I sighed glaring at her.

Kairi POV

I entered the principal office and saw two men sitting down in front of Mr. Yasei.

"Please sit down" he smiled softly.

I sat beside them and they smiled at me.

"Well these gentlemen here are...here to say something to you about" he said looking at them.

"I'm Peter and this is my husband Nelson....and we would like to adopt you until you find your family" one of them said.

"Adopt?" I became confused.

"They will be your parents" Mr. Yasei chuckled.

"Really?!" I became really excited.

"Yeah, and you got a little sister who was also adopted......I hope it's not weird having two dads" Peter smiled nervously.

"What's wrong with that?" I tilted my head.

"That's right my son!" Nelson laughed patting my back harshly.

I smiled nervously rubbing my back and a little girl came in room then ran to them.

"Daddy!" she giggled crawling in their laps.

"You got a big brother now" Peter smirked.

"Yay!" she smiled hugging me.

Mr. Yasei laughed looking at Peter getting emotional. Nelson sighed shaking his head, "Well we pay for your school fee and other stuff then when you graduate next year....you can stay with us" he smiled softly.

"Where do you live?!" my eyes sparkled.

"On earth now, it's nice actually.....but hide your powers like we do" he laughed.

"Yes sir" I giggled.

"So we will be going" they smiled and left their daughter.

Mr. Yasei smirked folding his arms, "I was the one that told them about you and how well behaved you are" he said.

"Thank you sir!" I hugged him.

"Anything for my daughter's friend" he chuckled.
