The next day, Leah woke up paralysed with fear. She ran to Jessica's room, trying to make sure she was fine. Jessica had been in a very strange sleeping position, but she seemed to be sleeping alright. She snuck up on Jessica and tried to separate her eyelids with her fingers, to see that her eyes were back to their regular amber colour. Leah sighed, feeling a sense of dire relief. She went back to her room and sat on the bed, realising she was already an hour late for school. She ran to get ready and realised that it didn't really matter. She didn't think her current classes weren't of much importance. "Whatever," she thought. She decided to skip school and keep an eye on Jessica if she had to. She knew Jessica had been off the soccer team for a while, and thought that if she wanted to play again, she could be there for her. However, she was still terrified from what happened the night before.

She decided to do some research on everything that's been happening; the murder, the chanting, to see what's happening with her best friend. "For they destroyed our home, you see?" she thought to herself. What does that mean?

She started with research of the hospital. She called Caleb to have him help her do some research. They spent the afternoon researching the Elysian Hospital's history, when it was built, what used to be there, and why exactly Jessica was cursing the hospital.

After a while, they hadn't found anything. Caleb and Leah decided to Skype for the time being as they found it the most convenient of what they could do.

After hours of going through trivial information, things they already knew, or were on the official page, Caleb finally came across one certain website, called "Omnipresence of History". He read through a few articles, and the details were very specific, so he thought he'd found the site, but he couldn't actually find the hospital in question. He told Leah about the site, and Leah immediately search in the URL.

"Historyisomnipresent.co.uk" she muttered out loud, while typing in the URL on her ASUS Zenbook. She hit enter and the first thing she saw was a very cluttered page detailing a gigantic jumble of historical events, both important, and not so much. The two searched for a while but couldn't find anything specifically about Elysian. Eventually, Leah came across a location feature, in which you point out the location, and the site could tell the viewer the history of whichever building or landmark was in that spot. She entered the location, "4096 Elysian Court", and a full rundown on the history of the establishment was given to Leah. "Caleb! Look! I found the history of the hospital. It says here that 1058 years ago, a religious burial ground was comprised for the ten leaders of society, and when they were buried, the grounds were supposed to remain a burial site for eternity."

"Well, that clearly didn't happen. That seems pretty farfetched. I don't know why I even brought up this site. I mean, can we even trust it?" Caleb said snarkily. He clearly had proven distrust of the site, and now he wasn't as on board with the entire research idea as he was initially.

"Can you like, not? I'm not even done yet. Anyway, it's the best we have right now, so at least we have some information. I'm going to continue now. 'However, 63 years ago, when the Elysian Hospital was established, the burial ground was destroyed, and the hospital was built. During construction, many workers had told the maker that there were issues they had with the actual building, they heard voices, and many objects were breaking completely randomly. Allegedly, one worker even died on the job. It appears most workers were apprehensive about the hospitals' completion, but the manufacturer heads insisted that construction proceeded. Around 8 years later, the construction had been completely finished, and on the 12th of September, 1962, the hospital had been officially opened for use.' It says here that the opening ribbon was cut at 6:45 PM or so-" Leah rambled, until she was interrupted.

"Wait, that would explain why Jessica's acting so strange only at night!" yelled Caleb.

"Wow, thanks Einstein! Had a change of heart in regards to the article?" chuckled Leah. Speaking of Jessica, where even is she?" Leah wondered aloud. "I'll be back." Leah said.
