Short Scenes

Scene 3

Sammie screamed as seal pressed into her back, just below her shoulder blades. She felt tears run down her cheeks. She gasped and shivered as the seal was pulled off of her skin. Her skin burned. The smell of burning flesh went through the air. She swallowed and blinked as more tears ran down her cheeks. She glared as a man came around. The male chuckled. He looked at Sammie as he laid the seal into a bucket of water. He turned and faced Sammie. "You are now sealed, and belong to the Nightray family." he stated. He then turned and went up the stairs.

Sammie waited till he was gone. She then let herself ball. Her shoulder shook violently. She hated crying, she hated him, she hated this house. She soon finished crying. Laying with her wrist chained. She tried to move her shoulders, but it only hurt to move. So she stayed still. She thought about the seal that was now put on her body. It was an X with two backwards Cs on both sides, surrounded by a circle. She swallowed and licked her lips. She thought about the family.

The Nightrays. They were a rich family that could do whatever they wanted. The father was part of the council. The council was made up of 12 family. Each who hold great great power. The Nightrays were the 3 highest family. Both parents were on the council. James Nightray and Samantha Nightray. They were both lovely but deadly. Their eldest son was Vain Nightray. Vain was 24. The next son was Raven Nightray. Raven was 23. The next person was 20. Her name was Candy. Smith was the next, being 19. The next where the triplets. Seth, Nick and Grace. They were all 18. Quinn was the next. He was 16. Then last was Xan, he was 14. Their family was big and powerful.

So it didn't matter that they had Sammie. That they bought and owned her now. Sammie balled her fist and cursed them. She cursed them with all her heart. Little did she know. That she truly did curse them. And in curing them. She cursed herself.
