Dan's door was wide open for the two to hear the front door slam downstairs. Dan and Phil stopped what they were doing and froze in fear.
"Hello? Anybody home?" His mother announced loudly.
"oh shit..!" Phil cursed to himself.
The two didn't waste any to time to grab their clothes and fix their flustered appearance. Dan was obviously the most scared one and had no idea how to clean this up. He quickly slipped on his under garments and his pants as he tried to think of a way to sneak Phil out the house
"Where's my shirt?" Phil asked and looked around the bed frantically with only wearing his pants.
Dan paused and stared at Phil mindlessly looking around for his shirt. Then dan realized--- both of their shirts were downstairs on the couch.
"Fuck!" Dan almost screamed out but kept his voice tamed.
Phil was startled by Dan's sudden changed tone of voice-- "What?"
"We left our shirts downstairs. My mum probably found them" dan rubbed his forehead in frustration and began to panic.
Phil bit his bottom lip and stared off to the corner and glanced back at Dan--- "Look, look, look. Don't panic. She won't catch us. You're- the woman downstairs is your mother right?" Phil stammered.
Dan nodded and folded his hand behind his neck and stared up at the ceiling, mentally begging for a miracle to happen.
"Just go downstairs, sneak your way to get our shirts and run back up here, okay?" Phil said, making small hand motions for Dan.
"Yes, but- how do I get you out of here? My mum will automatically think that we fucked.. I mean look at us!" Dan exclaimed, pointing at their hairs and flushed faces.
"Look, just get the shirts. I'll figure a way how I can get out of here, Dan"
Dan released a loud exhale as he ran out the door-- Phil on the other hand paced around the room, letting his mind think of any idea that will sneak him out the house without getting caught-- this whole situation made him feel like a mischievous teenage boy again. And now as a twenty-seven year old man, he's pacing around the room of the boy he slept with, thinking maybe jumping out the window is the best solution.
Dan
I made my movements subtle and quiet. Every step I took down the steps made my heart race like a bird. I looked around my surroundings, making sure mum wasn't around--- as I finally got down the steps, I quietly dashed towards the living room as quickly as possible. I glided my feet across the floor and looked around for our shirts. I examined every area in the living room. No shirts were found. Then I thought for a minute. What if mum took them? I shook away those pessimistic thoughts and kept searching. I even checked under the cushions-- but before I could run back upstairs. Mother was already standing next to the staircase, glaring at me with her hands on his hips. Fuck.. me
I smiled forcibly at her and tried to act natural, besides the fact that I was mentally trying to run out the door and hide.
"Hi mum! You came home early" I said, trying my best to sound casual
Mum glanced at the grandfather clock next to the television and looked at the time-- "It's almost midnight, darling" she said coldly.
I shrugged and tried to brush it off-- "Where's Dad?" I asked, trying to change the conversation.
"He's at work"
"Okay well.. good night!" I said before scurrying upstairs, avoiding anymore further discussion
