You woke up to the sound of birds chirping in the background and the light of the sun peeking through the curtains coming in contact with your skin. You picked your head up from the surface it was laying on and realized you weren't home. You took a look around and then remembered you had slept on the floor last night because Taehyung was having a fever so you took care of him the whole night. Mentally faceplaming yourself, you slowly stood up trying to be as stealthy as possible but it didn't happen your way, instead you tripped over nothing and hit your head the door. The sound of your head coming in contact with the door was surely enough to wake him up. Looking back at him, he rubbed his eyes and yawned, at some point he realized it was you standing there and his eyes widened.

"What are you doing here?" His voice scratchy.

"Shouldn't you be asking if I'm okay?" You asked rubbing your head that now had a little bump on it.

"You didn't ask me if I was okay when I was hurt the other day." He quickly shut you up.

"Look tae tae I really didn't mean to hurt you, if I'm honest it really hurt me more when I said those words and I'm sorry-" he cut you off by pulling you into his chest and placing one of his hands on your waist and the other behind your head.

"Its okay. You're here now." He said stroking your hair, you felt funny inside just like how  Jimin made you feel crazy.

You hugged him back and buried your head into his chest.

"Taehyung I-I missed being with you so much..." You said as quiet as a whisper, tears almost falling out your eyes.

"I kept my promise since we were kids and I'll still keep it. I'm never letting you go." Taehyung pulled you closer.

You then remembered your childhood memories with him, From the time of your first period with him to your first time you went to him when your day was complete shit. Then you dug deeper into your memories to remember that day you and taehyung made a promise to stay with each other when you were younger.

Flashback~

"Noonaaaaa~!" Taehyung smiled as he ran to you, his square smile is the most beautiful thing you've ever seen but soon it disappeared making your heart break into a million pieces.

"What is it?" You looked at him, he seemed anxious because of the way he undid his tie and how heavy his breath was.

"I-I..." He stuttered unable to speak properly.

"Tae are you okay?" You asked, your voice full of concern.

"Noona... I-I don't want to leave you.. and I don't want you to leave me." He cried, hugging you.

"What are you talking about? I won't ever leave you." You hugged him back making an effort on cheering him up.

"I don't know if I should be happy that I'll finally meet my mom because that would mean I have to leave you and I wouldn't be able to see you anymore." He cried softly.

"You don't have to worry about me, I won't go anywhere and I'll still remain in your heart just like you would still remain in mine. Meeting your mom is what you always wanted so don't you dare hold back your dream cause of me. Even if we are on the other side of the world I would still think about you and wait upon your return because that's how much you mean to me tae tae~ so go on ahead I will always stay with you." After saying this to him, he calmed down a bit with a hint of hope in his eyes. He held you tighter before letting go and sticking his pinky out for you to interlock with his.

"If you promise to stay, I promise to never leave you." He said, his eyes still red and puffy from before.

You extended your finger to interlock with his.

"I promise you taehyung." You smiled lightening the mood between the two of you.

~Flashback End~

"Are you feeling okay?" You asked him, noticing he was sweating just like last night.

"Yeah, don't worry about it." He said even so you put your hand on his forehead.

"You pabo! You aren't okay!" You punched him making him wince in pain. "We are going to the doctors right now. You probably have the flu for all I know."

"N-noona please I don't want to go there..."

"Are you scared of getting a shot?" You chuckled causing taehyung to pout.

"Yeah right, I'm a man." He stopped pouting and began to act tough.

"Man my ass you act like a cute- I mean a 5 year old, meet me in the car in 10 minutes." You got your keys and realized you were missing your phone. Maybe you dropped it at the pub you thought.

The sudden thought of Jimin came to your mind.

'Truth is, I miss you Jimin... Do you feel the same?'

~Time Skip~

"Kim taehyung." A nurse called.

It was obvious he was scared by the way he bit his nails every once in a while and how his legs wouldn't stay still.

"Noona~ Come with me jebal~" He tugged on your hoody but you refused to leave without you.

"Kim Taehyung?" A nurse repeated.

"What are you 5?" You sighed giving up.

While walking into the room the nurse led us in, the nurse instructed for taehyung to take a seat on a chair while she got the materials ready.

"It's going to be okay just look at me."

"Are you ready?" The nurse asked him and he nodded in reply.

You held his hand and interlocked it with yours when the nurse was going to give him the vaccine. His eyes widened almost immediately as you did that but you gave him a small smile knowing he didn't feel the shot cause of the distraction you made. His cheeks grew a pink tint.

"You did good." You assured him.

"I got the shot already?" He questioned while looking back at his arm that now had an alien bandaid and he blushed more seeing that both your hands were still together.
