"Stop fighting the both of you!" I yelled at Liselle and Zac who were fighting over a doughnut.
"But he's trying to have my doughnut" Liss retorted.
I groaned and slammed my palms against the table and got up from my seat, walking straight towards the counter.
"A chocolate doughnut please" I ordered and waited for the waiter to bring me the desert.
I grabbed it, paid for it and walked back to my friends who were watching me curiously.
"Here. Do not fight anymore" I handed Zac the doughnut and warned him.
"There's only one person in this entire school who cares about me. Thanks Lana" Zac said and winked at me, making me snort a little laugh.
"Oh trust me dick, no one cares about you" Liss mocked him.
"Okay. Okay. Enough" I broke the ice forming between them.
"How far is your assignment?" Liss asked me.
"Uh.... I'm done with half of it. What 'bout you?"
"Seriously? Gosh you're fast" she gasped. I chuckled. "Oh. I haven't even started it yet."
"Oh god" I muttered under my breath and in seconds the bell rang off. "Oops. Recess over. Back to class" I announced.
"Wait what class do you have now?" Zac asked.
"I", "I have sociology now. Do you have the same?"
"Uh. No. I have gym now. Go head" and with that he took his plate and walked away.
"You're not coming Liss?"
"Nope. I have an off now" she grinned.
"Arghh.... Lucky you! Now, see ya later" I cried and gave her a quick hug before walking to the dish washer to get rid of the plate and cup I just had my lunch in. The plate was empty but the cup still had some of the mango milkshake.
While I was still walking someone's back hit me, making me spill the entire contents of the cup on the person in front of me.
"Oh shoo-"
"God damn. Bitch. Where were you looking!" the girl in front of me shrieked.
"I am so sorry" I apologised. I stared at her for sometime before realizing that standing there any longer would bring me trouble so I started walking away but was stopped by the girl.
"Bitch, you don't walk away from someone you just spilled your drink on" she folded her arms and narrowed her eyes in me.
"I said I am sorry" I shrugged.
"Sorry?" she chuckled. "A sorry won't remove the stain you caused on my dress."
"Get a new one then" I sneered. I shook my head and turned around to leave but yet again was stopped by the girl.
"Attitude much bitch?" She smirked, and that irked me. I turned around in my heels and slammed her against the wall.
"Bitch, stop calling me Bitch! I said I was sorry! Too bad you didn't accept my apology. It was a mistake, so stop ranting about it. Get a life and a new dress too" I bellowed. I glared at her intensely, which scared her but she tried her best not to show it in her face.
I let go of her and looked around to see that we had attracted a crowd around us.
"What is happening here!" rang the teachers voice from somewhere behind, making all the students disperse to their classes immediately, leaving me and the girl staring at each other furiously.
The teacher's figure came into view and gave us a disapproving look.
"To the principal's office, now!" he almost yelled and we scampered like scared deers as if the tiger was coming to hobble us up.
*In principal's office*
"So, can any one of you do the honors of telling me what made you create a scene in front of the entire college?" the principal's dark husky voice said.
I gulped a lump nervously and looked at the girl but she was standing there like she didn't care at all.
I sighed and started, "So uh.... I kind of accidentally spilled my shake on her. Actually someone pushed me from behind and I lost balance."
"Oh please. I know it very well that you did that purposely", 'the girl' said. Yes, I still didn't know her name so I have to call her 'the girl' till I do.
"Why the heck would I do that purposely?" I chuckled bitterly.
She shrugged.
I rolled my eyes at her.
"Dean, Naina is right. She didn't do it purposely. Katie started up the fight by calling Naina 'bitch'. It wasn't Naina's fault" A voice said from behind. I turned around to see Lissy.
I beamed the widest smile at her and winked back at me.
"No! Lisselle is saying that to protect her dear friend Naina. She's lying" Katie, *yes I finally got her name* said.
"No, I'm not" Lisselle said, narrowing her eyes at Katie, making me snort a little laugh before I realized that Dean was looking at us so I coughed it out.
"Alright. Katie, you are warned. If I hear any kind of trouble with you involved, I'm not going to listen to anything else. And no use of slangs in here. I'll take immediate action. And Naina, you should walk around carefully. Got that both of you?" Dean said.
"Yes, Dean" I replied while Katie boiled up with anger.
"Got that Katie?" he repeated.
She didn't reply.
"I said got that?" he yelled at her.
"Ye-Yes. Yes" she stuttered and ran out of the room, while we looked on.
Dean sighed and said, "You should go to class."
I nodded, pulling the strap of my bag over my shoulder and walked out.
"Thanks for saving me Liss" I thanked her, giving her a hug.
"No problem. I only said what you did, and that was nothing" she winked." I gave her a small smile and continued walking.
"Come on. You have your class going on. Go ahead" she said and pushed me slightly towards the direction of my class.
"Kay! Bye!" I chuckled and shook my head.
