" 5." Zach answered.
Zach was the hot jock at a nearby school, but to you, he was just the friendly boy next door. You were homeschooled and smarter than him so you offered to help him study.
The two of you were walking back to your place rather quietly. He didn't speak much to you anymore and you didn't know why.
He opened you front door and you both walked in. Zach fell onto the sofa and you laughed.
He was adorable.
" So, y/n, what are we studying?" He asked.
"I was thinking quantitative chemistry." You suggested and he dragged out a long groan , shoving his head into a cushion.
Knock knock
There was a knock on the door and Zach offered to get it. Zach opened it to see this boy, roughly the same age as you both, standing there. He had dark moppy hair and a bright smile.
Zach's gut instantly thought the worst.
"Christen?" You questioned, walking up to the door,"Why are you here?"
" I saw on your snapchat that you were holding a study session for this guy so i wanted to join," He smiled and Zach judged him. Everything about him seemed too perfect, the type of guy girls would die for.
"Oh yeah that's cool. This is Zach. Zach meet Christen , he's the son of my mum's friend." Zach gave a false smile to Christen and Christen smirked. It looked like Zach had competition.
All of you sat around the table. You were yapping on about sciencey stuff when Zach noticed Christen edging closer to you. Both of them sat either side of you and Zach was on your right. Christen then laughed about some science joke you made and put his hand on your leg. Zach's blood started to boil.
He then stroked you cheek and called you cute.
" Umm... Thanks i guess." You laughed. Christen then squeezed your thigh and Zach had enough. He slammed the table and got up.
" I think you should leave Christen." He hissed,"This is a study group not a sex group."
Christen calmly stood up and smiled.
"Is that a problem?"
"Yes when I'm here to study."
"Are you actually," he started,"It's so obvious you are jealous and like y/n."
You turned to Zach and blushed.
"Is that a problem." Zach sassily repeated his words and Christen got annoyed. He through a punch over you and into Zach's face.
Zach lost his balance a little and you shot up.
" Christen!!Leave!!" You screamed at him and he looked you in the eye. Christen sighed, took his things and left.
Once he left , you aided Zach. He had a cut lip and his nose bled a bit.
" Tough guy." Zach said.
"Is it true..what he said?That you like me?" You asked. Zach looked at you and your heart started to race. He smiled and then moved forward to kiss you.
It was sudden but you didn't complain and kissed him back. He pulled away and smiled again.
" I just got jealous."
